一進房間有個很重的霉味，之外的其他都還好，早餐很豐盛，交通有點不是那麼方便。

The hotel is situated at the city centre and easy to reach everywhere. overall the operation teams has been performing the high standard of customer service. I would highly recommend and will stay again when coming back.

酒店環境一流，服務周到，硬件軟硬都是頂級，非常滿意

這次是我第二次住宿, 入住行政房型, 體驗了行政酒廊的happy hour. 酒廊提供了許多精緻餐點, 並且景觀很好, 可以直接看到無敵海景. 而且還巧遇了某位電視劇的演員, 真的幸運. 早餐廳菜色樣式更多, 特別是沙茶麵口味真是一絕, 對比其他有提供沙茶麵的凱悅, 威斯汀等酒店, 華邑的特別好吃. 行政房型內面積夠大, 有一大片玻璃窗, 夜晚可看到美美的海滄大橋以及寬闊的海景. 附近景點缺乏, 距離海滄知名的阿羅海廣場還有段距離, 這是比較欠缺的部分. 下次有機會再來體驗入住吧!

酒店內里設施很新很乾淨，裝修也很堂皇，聽酒店員工說是去年11月底才剛開幕，服務員都十分有禮。唯獨是外在的環境扣了一點分 ( 但這個不關酒店事的，如果只是評價酒店 10 分我會給 9 分 )，酒店外圍沒有商店，也沒有什麼食肆，另外由於海滄現在在挖隧道，建地鐵什麼的，所以進出海滄都會有點塞車，如果行程比較趕的旅客則可能建議住島內的酒店，如果只是來輕鬆一下，閒逛一下的旅客，住在這間酒店還是不錯的選擇，價錢不貴就有5星級的服務了。

This hotel has a great view and it was very comfortable. It was a shamed that I stayed only one night. I recommend this hotel strongly.

I am with my family, including a child, and we are having a wonderful time together. The room is clean, spacious, and offers a great view. The service here is also excellent. We are very comfortable and enjoying our stay. I highly recommend this place.
