This is a large hotel in the heart of the university. All roads are underground which is a bit confusing for a first time visitor, I looped around twice before finding the hotel car park. The hotel itself was reasonably pleasant, if a little dated. The room was spotless with a nice shower. However the hotel restaurant was too busy at lunchtime to eat there without a reservation. But what I found most annoying is that although I had picked a hotel with a swimming pool, this was not actually included in the room price!! This has never happened to me before and was not made clear when booking online.

Hôtel très bien situé, neuf, propre, personnel accueillant, petit déjeuner bien fourni et produits de qualité, je recommande fortement.... Point négatif, parking vraiment très cher

Bel hôtel avec de belles chambres et un bon petit déjeuner. Dommage que les jus de fruits y soient chimiques (ce qui s’accorde mal avec la qualité de l’hôtel pour le reste et avec son prix) : il n’est pas très difficile de proposer des oranges à presser…

Hôtel agréable avec des chambres propres. Cependant, il y a un problème majeur : il est très difficile de trouver l’hôtel ou le parking avec le GPS. C’est vraiment un inconvénient. Il faut entrer l’adresse du parking dans Waze (et non dans Google Maps ou Apple Plans), comme me l’a indiqué le personnel. Deuxième problème : le parking se trouve dans une zone de tunnel, ce qui fait que la connexion Internet se coupe régulièrement. Résultat : on rate facilement l’entrée du parking. J’ai perdu environ une heure à cause de cela. Pour cette raison, je préférerais ne pas y séjourner à nouveau.

Service and amenities have gone down overall. The hotel has made significant cuts in the service, room goods available, heating and breakfast which has been noticed straight away. Very disappointed in the hotel overall!

The heating in the room didn't work and i was with a group and they all had the same problem. The "hot" food for breakfast was cold and very poor quality. They provide shared iron for your laundry on each floor. This was the worst part of the hotel.That said the staff i met were friendly and the hotel location is good

Staff were amazing. Great facilities, restaurant, spa, Rooms were immaculate bed and shower were amazing.loadsnof amenities around the hotel. And again, the staff were superb!

La chambre été parfaite , on avait pas le code pour la télé .. Ducoup on a pas pu regarder la tv .. on a eu la surprise sur une des serviettes de bain une énorme tache jaune .. je vous montre en photo .. un peu dégoûter .. pour l’hygiène de la serviette/ la tv sans code / wifi non donné ? Ce n’est pourtant pas donner étant étudiante ! Mais bon pour le coup avis mitigé .. sinon c’est un belle hôtel , avec un personnel chaleureux , femme de ménage agréable, accueille chaleureux

Séjour très agréable. Personnel sympathique Chambre très propre Petit déjeuner copieux :buffet Je n ai pas testé le restaurant ni le bar. L hotel est très bien situé : proche du lac, des restaurants, du cinéma.
