Great location

we stayed for 4nights and our room was never cleaned despite the sign placed in the bathroom that every 2days our room will get cleaned, we had to ask for extra towels ourselves in the front desk since we didnt have fresh new towels on our 3rd day.

Weve always enjoyed staying there,only downfall for us was the breakfast.

This was perhaps the worst hotel stay I've had in a very long time. They did not service the rooms even when asked. They seemed angry at the presence of guests, and on the day of check out knocked on the door every 15 minutes to make sure I was leaving. Then called. Check out is 11am and I left at 1135 sharp having over slept. They really wanted me out not there after creating family hostile environment. Would not stay again.

Check in was easy, plenty of parking, the gentleman in charge of breakfast was not only above and beyond nice and helpful but it was probably one of the best hotel breakfasts weve had. Only downside was there was a club across the street blairing music past midnight which made it harder for us to sleep (I didnt at all) but we were downtown on a saturday night.

Lots of stains on the carpet. Dried things on the bathroom floor. Generally just did not feel clean at all. Typically have a better experience with home2suites

We liked evertyhing about the stay,it more upscale living with staff that are very kind and welcoming i give it 5 stars

Large bright room with a full kitchen. It was so nice to able to buy some beers with reasonable price when we were checking in. Hot buffet breakfast was a bonus. Close to Amtrak train station. We will be back!

This was a last-minute reservation after Amtrak cancelled our train and stranded us. Nick at the front desk was quick and efficient, and he also gave us late check-out since we were stuck in town all day. Breakfast was good with lots of options. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious.

Great location for a concert we were attending downtown. Room was a little shabby around the edges (crumbs in kitchenette, grubby corners in bathroom) but the bed was comfy, room was spacious, and it was a comfortable stay generally. Get to breakfast early if you want hot food—much of it had run out by 8:30.

Stay was good! Room was clean and staff was friendly. Only thing that could improve was our rooms water presure in shower. Would stay again!

Breakfast was fair , broken yogurt dispenser, broken warming tray that limited choices

Slept well!

It would be nice to have more fresh and non processed options at breakfast
