客室は清潔で設備も揃っていました。 ホテルのロケーションは Casa Voyageurs 駅から徒歩圏内で、ショッピングセンターが隣接しているため便利です。 チェックイン・チェックアウトでのスタッフの対応はシステマチックでした(評価は高くありません)。

Very clean rooms and friendly staff, great location if you don’t mind a walk to the waterfront. Was an issue with the booking from Wotif and the hotel didn’t have the booking or receipt of payment hopefully Wotif has sorted this out with the hotel as they could have charged me again.

After long train journey from Marakesh and arriving 1 hour after checking time i was made to wait another 1 hour before i could check in. The staff didnt seem to care. After finally being given a room there was no towels, the blinds were broken and tv had to be switched off at the mains. I called receptionist 3 time waiting for 1 hour for towels to be delivered. The hotel service was terrible.

Le personnel est très disponible pour répondre et accomoder les clients. Le buffet petit-déjeuner est très bon. Merci pour cette belle experience encourageant a y retourner le plus vite!
