The experience at Hotel Mesa Luna was great. The hotel was very clean. Its staff was always willing to help. They have their own transportation to take you where you need. The breakfast was amazing something new everyday. I would recommend to anyone going to ciudad juarez.

The floor I was put in to was under remodelation, rooms definitely need an improvement. Room felt cold, not cozy at all. Outdated restrooms and furniture. At least it was quiet at night and there was no problems sleeping.

Highly recommend!! Hotel Mesaluna To any one coming to Ciudad Juarez for immigrant visa interview or on Vacation. The hotel is great very clean, close the shopping mall, and transportation avaliable. Breakfast every morning. Staff is very helpful with anything you need.

It is a Hotel that is under maintenance so there was a lot of construction but that is okay. The location was wonderful and the staff was great and very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the breakfast was good too. Would recommend for consular visits. The light comes through the doors so you won't get very much quiet time or a dark room, that would have been nice but we were there only for one night, so it was fine.

Breakfast everyday was great and good. Overall would recommend made the whole process a little less stressful for us since arriving we had transportation for an important part of our process and they took the time to explain what we needed and helped us prepare before hand great service !!

Make you feel like home Clean room service available everyday Staff was amazing from front desk to dinning are to chefs. Laundry, game room, gym and pool was also great. Thank you all for your kindness.

Everyone was nice and welcoming and hotel was kept clean every day

My wife and I stayed here for 7 days in the process of getting my wife's green card. It seems all of the other guests were also there for the same thing. Everyone's hopes and dreams in the packets you'd see them carry thoughout the hotel. Mesaluna provided us all clean and friendly hotel where we all could feel comfortable during a potentially stressful and exciting time. As you can see on the map, you can't get much closer to the US Consulate. The free breakfast buffet always hit the spot.The facilities were spotless and in good working order. My wife enjoyed spending time at the pool and the laundry facilities are excellent. The tour of Juarez the hotel provides was a lot of fun, too. What really sets Mesaluna apart is the staff. Every employee we came in contact with made us feel at home. On our last day at the hotel my wife had a minor medical emergency while I was away. A young lady who works the front desk comforted her until I arrived and rode with us in the taxi to the hospital. Thank you Mesaluna.

Best hotel to stay at if you’re there for US consulate interview. Super nice and helpful staff, good food, steps away from consulate and CAS, and close to shopping mall.
