View, serice, staff.

The hotel front desk was super nice. The pool was out of service during our stay which was really inconvenient considering we had kids and it is so hot. The housekeeping was not good at all. They came in didn’t clean room, didn’t make bed or anything plus our room door was open when we returned that night. There was hair in the shower drain from previous guests when we checked in. I did like they had dove products in the bathrooms. Their free hot breakfast was really really good and the staff was super nice!

It was clean and friendly staff

I liked that the English village was right next door, so that was a pleasant surprise. This was our first time to Lake Havasu and we'll definitely be back for an extended stay.

I like that is close to where to visit. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast was good and the staff that was working that day was keeping the area well cleaned and refilling everything.

Loved the view

Clean and quiet on the channel side. I appreciated the healthier breakfast options such as oatmeal, walnuts and vegetable omelette. It would be nice to see “eco-friendliness” more of a priority.

Desk had a freezer to keep our ice pack overnight. The in-room mini-fridge did not have a freezer compartment.

Quick weekend getaway. Perfect location.
