Place was nice. Way too far from town! Taxi driver charge way too much to go into town… 75 bucks usd each way.

It was amazing, everything was excellent but a lot of mosquitoes.

Overall, I had a good stay at the hotel. The staff and service was really excellent (at times it felt like service overload); but the resort had good facilities; and plenty of excursions. The tennis facilities were also excellent.

It was beautiful but for how we paid for a family of 7 pretty much 930 a day for 2 rooms transportation to the airport and back should be free

Fue la 3era vez que acudimos a vacacionar al hotel. Nos encantan las instalaciones, la limpieza de las habitaciones, la gran variedad y calidad en su gastronomía, pero resalta su calidad en el servicio se esmeran en cada momento para hacer de tus vacaciones una experiencia inolvidable.

El hotel muy bonito pero el personal muy poco servicial en especial la gente que trabaja en el restaurante del buffett y otro problema es que no pasan carritos por las torres de la habitacion y debes caminar mucho

Our stay at this resort was an incredible experience from start to finish. They truly exceeded all of our expectations! The food was delicious every single time, with plenty of variety and quality that made every meal something to look forward to. The staff was always so friendly and welcoming everyone greeted us with a smile and made us feel right at home. The bar service was excellent and very attentive; the bartenders made sure our drinks were always fresh and exactly how we liked them. Room service was a solid 10/10, always quick and professional. Having the beach just a short walk away was the cherry on top. It was so convenient .We felt completely comfortable and relaxed during our entire stay. Everything about the resort made it easy to unwind and enjoy ourselves. It was truly nothing short of a perfect experience, and I’ll definitely be booking my next trip to Cancún at this resort!

Was a great property. Personally I think the staff there needs edicate training. Felt mistreated in one instance where they thought I did not speak and understand Spanish.

The spa was excellent.The disappointment was the mosquitos were horrible day and night.
