We’ve been 3 friends staying at this property. Coffee was a blast in the morning! Beds very pretty comfortable. Bathroom basic. Elevator in the building. Central, but hard to find parking. There were kids screaming in the morning, not best during the weekend when you need to catch up on some sleep.

La Spezia is a very vibrant, tourist friendly city. Well serviced by public transport, bus, rail and ferry. La Spezia is ideally situated for day trip exploration of the Cinque Terre Villages and walking trails. This particular accommodation was overpriced and aged and worn compared to other apartments in the area I also rented

La posizione buona, il parcheggio difficile da trovare perché è una zona per soli residenti.la struttura ha bisogno di piccole miglioramenti:tipo le tende che non si chiudono,la canalina dell'interruttore delle tapparelle è da aggiustare,i vetri da pulire,il lavandino del bagno è da sturare. Cose positive dall'appartamento:assiugacapelli,ferro da stiro,la lavatrice,lo stendino e posizione comoda per raggiungere la stazione e il centro della città.

A La Spezia qq jours pour découvrir les "CINQUE TERRE", appartement bien placé à 15 min de la gare et 5 min du port. Commerces et restaurants à proximité, parfait !
