The employees at the front desk were helpful and friendly. The size of the room is ok. The issue is with the breakfast. There were not enough choices, and some choices did not get refilled after they had been totally consumed by the guests. Parking is free, but bear in mind that the carpark is quite small and the road/tunnel leading to the carpark is quite narrow, need to be quite skillful to get in and out, particularly when you have a big car.

Beds were very comfortable, breakfast was very good. I also left my phone on a lounge table and the staff saved me and returned it next day. Close walking distance to restaurants, cafes and attractions.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel — from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. The reception was warm and welcoming, and I was even given an early check-in, which was a lovely start. My room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. It had everything I needed: a fridge, mini-bar, safe, TV, a nice bathroom with a shower, and even a balcony. The hotel is located on a quiet street, about a 10-minute walk to the city centre and around 15 minutes to the old town — close enough to everything, yet peaceful. Breakfast was lovely and more than adequate. I especially enjoyed the scrambled eggs — the best I’ve had in a long time! There was a good selection of items, including pastries and sweets. Some reviews mentioned limited variety, but for me, it was perfect. What stood out most was the excellent service throughout my stay. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful — from the restaurant team to the front desk, always offering service with a smile and assisting with information or taxis whenever needed. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Tolles Hotel in sehr guter Lage. Zu Fuß ist alles erreichbar. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut mit schöner Auswahl. Das einzige, was man nicht gesagt hatte: man muss für den Wellness Bereich ein Zeitfenster buchen. Das haben wir erst erfahren, als wir abends mit Bademänteln vor der Tür standen und nicht rein konnten. Hätte man beim Check in schon mal sagen können.

Ruhig gelegen in einer Seitenstraße. Sehr sauber und sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Einzig das Frühstück ist qualitativ noch ausbaufähig.

Lanka (from the front desk) was really helpful. She helped arranging an ironing board, gave advice about suitable clothing for excursions and made sure we were informed of changes to pick up arrangements from a tour operator. Room itself was spacious with good eco friendly aircon. Only downside was pillows were extremely flat. Breakfast had choice in-line with what you’d expect in Balkans. If in Belgrade would stay again.
