Nice place to stay. The Astana Arena and Botanic gardens are in walking distance, the Baiterek and Grand Mosque a longer walk. I arrived in the morning after a long flight, so the Airport transfer and early check in were really useful. Buffet breakfast, and you can buy snacks from reception. Room was clean and staff were helpful.

great hotel close to airport

On the Airport side of town so easy to get to when arriwing from airport, how ever to longe to walk to downtown so had to take a taxi. On the way from downtown to Airport we just drove by the hotel and picked upp our luggage from luggage room.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff.

We were only here for a few hours for a layover between flights but the staff were great and the room was clean and comfortable.

Room and staff were helpful. Outside grounds and landscaping weren't in keeping with the nice facility

We enjoyed our stay immensely! The staff was friendly and nice. The location of the hotel is great! The breakfast was delicious! I stayed there with my family on vacation and would love to stay again if I ever visit the city again! Keep up the great job!

The hotel is fine but the rooms are very small. Really for a single person on business. Not recommended for a couple on vacation.
