Good room, good breakfast and friendly staff

The comfortable beds

Staff were okay… the locking of the front doors and have to use the side doors is annoying. Like get a card scanner like you have on the side doors. It’s creepy going to the side doors. I had 2 boys (hockey players) that were in emergency and I had to go back to the hotel and was given attitude because I never use the side doors. It was like midnight like I want to walk around to the side. There was zero option for late check out and at almost $250 a night that’s terrible, I was even willing to pay more for this. But I get it, not too many good hotels so you can charge those crazy prices. Breakfast was okay, like the coupon is so annoying… like I am pretty sure you could tell if someone didn’t belong there. And the staff not to friendly if you don’t have it. Just leave them in the front so when people come down you can give room number and coupons given. Rooms are nice and big. TV is in a weird spot we had a king and it was right in the middle.

I have to say, I've never been to a hotel that "closed" breakfast for the holidays and locked the main doors. Lots of travelers spending xx amount of money on a room during these times and "no breakfast or even cleaning services"? I spent $440 for 2 rooms for one night, and we have to go through side doors and walk all the way down to the elevators? I would think if someone is working the desk they could at least buzz customers in or allow us to use our key cards at the FEONT DOOR!

The pillows were hard as rocks and very small. Breakfast lady was rude
