Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was nice, but didn't have our booking logged and needed to verify with management that we could stay despite having the receipt from Expedia. Overall great experience.

Not what was expected

We (my wife our niece and her husband) pulled into the parking lot at the front of the hotel and checked in, apart from an initial confusion over the price between C dollars and Quetzals (my fault) all was good. We ordered food through the presented menu and dined in our room. Good service all round.

The worst experience I ever had a dirty place with mold all over the place I wouldn’t recommend that to my dog

Lekkere grote kamer en goede douche. Personeel vond ik redelijk aardig, maar ook niet meer dan dat. De eerste nacht had ik wel heel veel last van geluidsoverlast van andere gasten. Daar werd niks van gezegd, want het ging uren door. Dat vond ik heel slecht.
