The neighborhood is great. everything is short walking distance. There are shops, restaurants and local mall. Excellent public transportation - buses and the underground. That was probably the hottest week in England and we have suffered as there was no air conditioning in the apartment and only one ventilator. Also, it could use some renovation. the 70's vibe is nice but the apartment feels old and neglected. Although we had all the information via Email, it was mainly focused to ensure what we have to do and mainly what we should not. Since we didn't have any requests and issues, I can't tell you about anything about the service. It is a nice building but I will not stay there again.
