Friendly staff very welcoming, everything was a steaight forward process checking in and out and the room overall was great and had a short but good stay here

Host was welcoming and friendly. Location was convenient, room was clean, comfortable. Perfect for a short break. Highly recommend.

Good value and quiet. Parking options are good at the weekend

Modest property, ok for a 1 night stop over. Not sure if I would have stayed more than 1 night.

This place was fine for me. Great value for money and lovely staff.

The place was surprisingly charming and comfortable. My favourite place was shower! I slept well. I usually travel light so have no space to pack so many things I want to so having a bathroom robe waiting for me was definitely a great bonus I appreciated.

Stayed for just 1 night Rang to ask if we could check in early and this was no problem at all. Lovely lady greeted us and gave us all the information we needed The room was lovely and clean Free parking Ideally situated for Newcastle-under-Lyme town. Would definately stay again

Perfect location for our needs. Hosts - very attentive and helpful, pleasant feel to the property, good price, onsite parking, very good hot/cold breakfast for the money.

Room was spotless, excellent breakfast. I'll stay here again without hesitation.

Katherine was very accommodating as I needed an early check in due to attending a wedding the nearby registry office. Also helped me with free parking at the back of the property. Lovely clean modern single room at the top of the building. Would recommend.

Katherine was very friendly, kept in touch via WhatsApp room was clean and tidy beds comfy bathroom was small but good for what was needed. Kettle was not useable due to possibly not being used for a while and could do with renewing but I would and will stay again

It is a great hotel very clean cosy and a great host a young chinese lady very polite and friendly. Service excellent cosy clean hotel and with some parking at the rear of the hotel. Would stay again. Also central to Newcastle U Lyme.

Amazing location, staff very friendly, easy check-in, shower very powerful, clean, WiFi quick and all round excellent. Will definately be back.

It was an amazing stay except feeling cold towards midnight (heater isn't on), attic room with adequate blanket (wish there is extra or some portable heater provided if needed for extra warmthness. Very clean, smooth check in and exemplary service as the lady go extra length to get me an electrical socket adapter for my phone charger. I also forgot to ask what is the code to dining room.
