The breakfast is simple, but I like a bottle OJ every morning. There is free coffee and tea at the lobby and you can enjoy anytime you want. It is limited public transport around, but the hotel serves with enough car park.

This was my third time staying at this hotel, and it was just as excellent as before. This time, I even met two front desk asian staff members who can spoke Cantonese, they were very polite and friendly. I will definitely stay here again next time. Thank you.

Excellent

This is a very acceptable price for the hotel environment and the service. And the breakfast is out of my expected, quite nice burger with orange juice. Very thoughtful you could dine in or take away. I would come back for stay if not more than 2nights, and if you are not expecting enjoying at hotel.

由於只去球場觀光而沒有別的地方要去，加上去另一個目的地比較省時，故預訂此酒店。加上酒店有免費泊車，有簡單的輕便早餐，房間有2枝細樽水，而酒店旁有間非常好味的餐廳，晚餐不用到別處了。

budget hotel, clean room, friendly and helpful staffs. near Trafford shopping center.

Staff are always friendly and helpful and rooms are kept clean and refreshed every day. Most rooms are either recently refurbished or in the process of being refurbished.

Very easy to find, staff super polite and helpful. Loads of free parking, plenty of shops and places to eat nearby. My friend and I stayed in a twin room (15) and it was great, no issues at all. Hoping to stay again later in the year and definitely recommend

Outside a bit dated in need of a refurb. Reception very nice staff very good breakfast very adequate. Bedroom was OK but bathroom was not great toilet too close to the door shower screen not very good towel rail not secured to wall properly and towels very thin. Overall it was what we needed just for one night but could have been a bit better.

Bed was very comfy but the smaller details let them down. WiFi was patchy and not all TV channels were available. Towel rails were loose on the bathroom wall and room could have done with some TLC.

Basic comfortable and as expected. Just a note the restaurant next door is not open on a Monday so a 15 minute walk to a pub for dinner. Think an old Premier inn for style

Hello Hotel is genuinely a good hotel. It’s small and feels cosy. There is a big car park so no need to worry about finding a space. The location isn’t too bad. It’s not that close to the city centre but you could easily drive or just grab an uber (especially if u want to drink). Hotel itself has everything you need. A good standard breakfast, free tea/coffee/water machine, a vending machine for late night snacks, hairdryer in the room, netflix in the room etc. The hotel isn’t exceptionally modern but it’s not that old to make it feel outdated. It’s a good hotel with very nice staff. If I visit Manchester again, I will definitely come back to Hello Hotel. The peacefulness and comfort is way better than the chaos of staying somewhere in the city centre.

Really friendly staff breakfast a little disappointing nice and clean pity the tv didn’t work for our second room but overall perfect comfy bed great service my wife and daughter were able to get to the concert and for the price fantastic
