Khách sạn vị trí rất thuận lợi, phòng đẹp và nhân viên hỗ trợ nhiệt tình

Sạch sẽ, sevice cực tốt, nhân viên hỗ trợ nhiệt tình. Duy chỉ có cái là tivi không có kết nối internet 😪

The service was impeccable! Staff members have good command of English and you'll feel very welcome the moment you stepped out from your ride. Great location as it is located at central of Da Nang. Distance from the hotel to attraction places are considerably near.

Stayed for a night, good service, before opening the door there was a clean stay seal. The room is spacious, the bed is really comfortable, and the location is away from the noisy area of bach dang street where there are a lot of bars playing loud music till really late at night. Reception recommended Madam Lan for our meal and it's really good and reasonably priced. Many cafes nearby too that serve good coffee! The only con was that we requested for late checkout but after the original check out time when we tried tapping our card, it didn't work. Have to make a trip to reception to get the card reactivated again though on their system the late check out was registered.

Mình ở 2 ngày và đã yêu cầu lễ tân nhờ dọn phòng dùm từ sau 1 ngày ở nhưng tối mình về vẫn không dọn. Mình phải nhờ bổ sung thêm 1 số vật dụng và buổi sáng hôm sau mình đã bấm nút dọn phòng và khi về vẫn không được dọn phòng. Mình ở 02 đêm và dịch vụ chăm sóc khách hàng về dọn phòng rất tệ. Họ gọi điện thoại và hỏi mình là lý do, họ còn nói mình để bảng DND nên không vào dọn trong khi mình đã xuống tận lễ tân để nói về vấn đề dọn phòng. Mình rất thất vọng về dịch vụ dọn phòng và lễ tân Hilton. 5 sao nhưng với mình còn không tới 3 sao nữa! Mình không recommended các bạn đến ở đây.

Hotel was only recently reopened in April 2022. Hotel occupancy is still very low. The staff were attentive and we changed our currency with the hotel reception.

- Phòng ốc sạch sẽ, nhân viên lễ tân vui vẻ nhiệt tình, mọi thứ đều tuyệt vời - 1 điểm trừ duy nhất là khi mình đến khách sạn không hề có bạn Bellman nào ra tiếp đón và xách vali giúp mình! Trong khi mình là nữ, đi 1 mình và mang theo hơi nhiều hành lý!

Great hotel with room for improvements. Room temperature unchanged in 24 hour (uncomfortable in both the room and executive lounge) some staff needs better training.
