地點優越，步行十分鐘便到Victoria Plaza, 穿過商場便到火車站，去哪兒也方便。房間整潔，但因為環保關係，不會提供牙膏牙刷、拖鞋。清潔服務也是要通知才會入房清潔，還會問你要清潔哪些地方。凌晨12:00至第二天早上8:00都沒有人值班，所以不會找到服務員幫助，這點要留意。

離車站算近，附近安靜，員工友善，第一天check in是早上，還問我們要不要去吃早餐，行李也幫我們送到房間。房間雖然不大，但蠻漂亮的，下次會考慮再住。

Lovely place with convenient location. The room is clean. About 10 minutes to metro station by walking, and very closed to central London.

房間很有英倫風, 很漂亮, 但浴室有很大的霉味, 又沒有位置放個人梳洗用品, 毛巾架, 浴室鏡及坐廁等設施都頗高, 個子矮的我很不方便 Wifi連線非常差, 經常斷線

房間比較細小，但整體算錯。酒店房間看來是翻新了的。早餐比較簡單，是歐陸式的。

Great location and spotless. Next time we’ll ask for a room on a lower floor - lots of steps up to top floor with luggage and no elevator.

Very close to Victoria Station. Staff friendly, gave us safety tips when out and about. Sainsbury's Food Store a block away. Would stay again.

Something to know is there is no elevator and a narrow stairwell. They help you with your luggage but we were on floor 3 which requires 6 sets of stairs. Rooms are small but nice and beds were very comfortable. We would stay there again.

The room was quiet and clean. Staff were very helpful. Its in a great location to the Victora train station and tube. Also, about 2 blocks away from the victoria bus station. The only disadvantage was not having a small fridge in the room.

The room was very well appointed, however, if very small for 2 people. It was challenging to have 2 suitcases open at the same time. The bed was very comfortable, although each guest only received 1 pillow. The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel is in a very safe neighborhood and within walking distance of many attractions.

The staff were lovely and there are several nice dining spots nearby.

Property is in a safe, convenient location with easy access to transportation, restaurants and a full service market. The staff, especially Mohamed and Glen were extremely helpful. However, rooms are very small.

Location was fantastic. Hotel is worn but overall good condition. My room was small but to be expected for a single room. That being said everything I needed was there. I don’t think I would stay for longer than a couple of nights because it feels cramped but perfect for 1-2 nights. Staff were very kind.

We needed a room with the least stairs. They gave us the most perfect room on the ground floor, so no stairs at all.
