整體其實都很滿意，唯獨是酒店房清潔較差。

The manor was lovely only problem we were upstairs and the room was so so hot there were 2 fans in there but didn't help at all made the nights sleep un manageable so never slept at all, breakfast lovely pool lovely and everything else the only big problem was the room

A beautiful hotel with stunning views of Lake Windermere. Wonderful staff and amenities. Great breakfast and evening meals.

The hotel needs air conditioning as the rooms where very hot meals where not up to much tasteless pepper corn sauce was very watery gammon need longer cooking as for a poached egg for breakfast came hard otherwise the breakfast was ok poached egg Sunday was spot on

外観は素敵だが、部屋の内装はいたって普通でカーテンなど外れたままだったり、 掃除が行き届いていないと思う。 まず、到着後、部屋に入るとカビ臭かったので嫌な気持ちになった。 シャワーの排水が悪い。排水が悪いので、トイレの方まで水がきて不快。 排水溝からの匂いもあり、部屋全体的に臭い。 レストランのスタッフは、親切だった。 マナーハウス、全体的に期待していたほどよくなかったのが残念だった。

Beautiful lake view room. Glorious lake view terrace to enjoy drinks and snacks. Extensive breakfast . Lovely clean heated indoor swimming pool. Plenty of parking adjacent to hotel

Location was nice, breakfast was excellent, grounds were great and especially enjoyed the pool

We loved this place! The bar/dining was perfect with friendly staff and delicious food. The history of the place and location were amazing. We loved sitting on the patio and watching the wildlife. The room and bathroom were clean and stocked well. Couldn't say a bad thing. We would stay again in an instant!

Kids loved the pool and bunk beds. Breakfast was good. Ample parking. Close enough to town to walk. Easy access to the lake.

Great dog friendly hotel with views of Windermere

Lovely location with great views over lakes the room was comfortable and roomy and there was a good outdoor enclosed dog area. The receptionist and restaurant staff were lovely and helpful. The only problems were 1. that the room we got was not the one we thought we’d booked. The photos on Expedia definitely showed a balcony on the ground floor which with elderly parents and a dog was why we chose it. (I I suspect this is more an issue with how Expeda show their accommodation ) and 2. Despite being the hottest days of the year in an official heat warning the pool closed early both days and so we were unable to use it. The manager tried to blame health and safety as she was the only one allowed to open the pool but surely you get trained staff in. The hotel ( and indeed the whole of the Lakes) were full and the hotel l boasts one of the best pools. It took some convincing to receive a suitable refund and shows that whilst the staff can be very accommodating it only takes a seemingly uncaring manager to undo that

Clean room staff was friendly breakfast fresh every morning plenty of car space

All staff were wonderful especially amy on frint desk. Breakfast wa excellent

Lovely clean room, staff very friendly and helpful. Pet friendly, with own dog walking area. Lovely breakfast. A lovely stay in a lovely place.

Everything was perfect, the staff were excellent and we were so happy to have chosen this place. The only negative feedback is that the Pizzas were not very nice however all the other food was absolutely amazing so please don't take this feedback the wrong way. The Manager Pauline I think her name was is a lovely person and made us feel welcome from start to finish. Thank you. 9.9/10

Personnel agréable. Établissement adapté aux personnes déficientes visuelle (écriture en braille, chien accepté). Repas du soir pris sur place, très bien. Petit déjeuner sour forme de buffet très complet, viennoiseries excellentes. Chambre : rien à dire, salle de bain : il y avait quelques cheveux aux sols. Piscine très agréable après une grosse journée de marche.

First time taking our dog to a hotel. He was made very comfortable. Breakfast was great too. Would definately visit again. Great location.
