the room clean and tidy

地點十分方便，附近很多24小時的食店及便利店。房間整潔度有待改善，廁所板有污垢，需要自行消毒及清潔。房間較細，但一人使用也足夠。

房間約13平方米，十分細小。還放了大辦公椅、燙衣板、茶几、茶几櫈、空氣淨化機，令到空間感更加小。而部份設備可以清晰見到很多塵，感到整潔同衛生度不足。

酒店好新好乾凈, 前台服務人員友善, 有禮貌, 英文還好! 房間稍為小, 勉強先夠位打開行李箱. 地理位置超方便! 附近超多食店, 便利店, 又有donki, big camera, 距離横濱站10分鐘. 價格相宜, 下次去的話, 會再選擇入住!

Room is small. Can’t open a 29” suitcase. Room also looks old but clean.

房間很棒，很乾淨，地段也好。女生樓層還有按摩椅和膠囊咖啡以及女性保養品，很棒。

Room is super clean and comfortable, have every kind of necessary amenities. Super quiet that you can rest very well. Downstairs have a lot of restaurants and close to donki as well, few minutes walk from station which is very convenient.

バスタブに毛髪が残っているなど水回りの清掃の状態が気になったので。

Convenient area to explore Yokohama, typical smaller size rooms, however comfortable and clean.

部屋が狭いし　冷蔵庫の温度が高いし　とにかく様々が残念

朝食が松のやで食べられるのは素晴らしい。 豚汁あるし、ただカツを食べたいと言うニーズもあるのではと思う。 部屋は狭く、窮屈な感じがある。 外資のホテルという印象。

Quarto limpo, a equipe de recepcionistas muito educados, cortês e atenciosos.

It appears to be downtown with a large variety of stores and restaurants. There were also very interesting places of interest nearby. The main point of dissatisfaction was the lack of English-language television. All channels were in Japanese.

Great location. Staff friendly. Hotel was clean.

松乃家さんが美味しかった

場所は横浜駅から近く、イオン高島屋からも近く、たても便利。部屋は狭く、奥に柿の種が落ちていたことから掃除が行き届いてなかったのかなと思われた。 それ以外は不自由なし。 横浜にしては割安で、総じて、良いホテルと思う。
