the bed was broken and the mattress needed replacement. neither my wife nor me could sleep. also the shower heating unit wasn't working. I only stayed there the first night even though I had payed for 2 nights

Worst environment and poor facilities provided. The place is not "Resort" , just like boarding house with a swimming pool. I paid 2 night charges , after I checked-in then I did checked-out after 1 hour, was really can not stay at this place anymore. 1st room I checked in was hot like oven , then 2 single beds inside the room which was not my request in the booking. After I did complains , my room changed to other which located at the ground floor just beside car park. Feel like very insecure. No mineral water / drinking water provided inside the room, only hv Jug Kettle. But there was no plug for connection with the jug kettle. It's mean the jug kettle is useless. It was very disappointing for this booking in this place.
