Bonjour le sejour s est bien passé. Hormis qu a l arrivee je n ai eu aucune indication pour rentrer dans le bâtiment et recuperer les cles malgre mes nombreux messages 24h avant . Sinon le logement edt spacieux confortable et fonctionnel.

Bed bugs. Was full of staines in the morning.

We were a party of 4 adults who spent one night in a two bedroom apartment that was hardly bigger than a match box. It was a very hot night and the apartment had only one air conditioning unit installed in the kitchen. Once bedroom doors closed, we tossed and turned all night because of the heat. The couch in the "living/dining" 2 x 2 m area had lots of holes, some patched some not. There were not enough towels for the 4 of us on premises when we arrived. The hot water was controlled by a water heater that was turned off. We were lucky it was before 10 pm when we noticed we didn't have hot water and we were able to call the reception and have someone over to turn the heater on. Apparently after 10 pm there is no staff available until next morning. On the positive side: the staff on duty were polite and very responsive to our complaints.

We enjoyed staying there. We will for sure consider this hotel in the future when we will stay in Iasi again.

Very good breakfast. Excellent location, confortable beds.
