Basic, a little small, but in a great location. Ivan is very helpful.

Ivan was brilliant! The minuet we booked he contacted me asking about an airport pick up and arranged it on the spot, his friend picked us up with no issues and also provided places and tips for the local area. We arrived at the guest house around 25 minuets later and Ivan was there waiting for us. He helped us with our bags and led us personally to the house, he then sat us down in the courtyard and gave us an abundance of information, spots, tips and tricks for making the trip affordable and fun. He showed us a map of the city and made everything clear and concise! The room was perfect for 2 people and had a nice view.

Only stayed one night on our way to the islands. Spotlessly cleaned. Friendly service. Great location. Couldn't recommend more.

Loved this quiet private property , had everything we needed for our stay , just a ten minute walk down to the harbour and sea front . Ivan was so helpful and gave good local advice where to visit local restaurants etc

We loved our stay here. Ivan was very helpful, advising on places to go and finding things out for us. The location was great - close to everything, but just away from the busy streets. So it was peaceful and we slept well (comfy bed, too!). We'd happily stay here again.

The guest house is close to the town centre, Marjan Park and some nice local restaurants. The apartment is ground floor and is very clean and has a well equipped kitchen. The bath towels are the largest I have ever seen.Ivan is very knowledgeable and helpful.

Excellent location and close to everything. Host was wonderful and provided us with good local restaurants and sites to see. Very knowledgeable with history of area. Very easy to communicate with host with quick responses. Would definitely recommend this apartment

Très bonne expérience avec cette guesthouse. Ivan nous a organisé un transport depuis l'aéroport, il nous a montré les choses à faire en ville et ou manger. Nous recommandons!

O apartamento fica muito bem localizado, o dono é muito educado e deu diversas dicas úteis. No entanto, o ar condicionado estava necessitando de uma limpeza.

Very comfortable bed, close to local attractions. Note that this is located in a pedestrian zone, with lots of stairs, so pack smart!

Very spacious room, immaculate clean, Ivan and his mom were great hosts, he shared with me some verygood tips and checked on me later to make sure I was ok and happy. Excellent location, 4 min from the promenade and most tours meeting points. Fully recommend this little charming hotel
