衣服送洗花了將近一週才拿到，不提中間完全無消無息飯店找不到衣服在何處，但要客人每天到櫃檯詢問不應是這個價位飯店應該出現的。另外總是可以發現房間內有沒清理乾淨的地方，黏黏的湯匙、浴室排水孔堵社淹水、桌子上有飲料杯印等，而這些都是在第一天入住就發現的。

I was travelling with a couple who are Marriott Elite Members. They extended some of their benefits to me and upgraded my room. I was very pleased.

Struttura stupenda, ottimo servizio, ottima accoglienza, la nostra camera era molto spaziosa, per 4 (letto matrimoniale e un divano letto). Camera pulita e dotata di ogni necessità.

Chambre parfaite pour 1 nuit. L’employée a été souriante dès mon arrivée arrangeante et le même sourite lors du départ ça fait plaisir car dans la restauration en Pologne c’est pas souvent le cas

Very nice hotel with pleasant service and great breakfast. Brilliant location in the centre town. Quiet and spacious rooms. I’d definitely recommend it.

Simplemente excepcional. El trato exquisito, pudimos utilizar la sauna que era maravillosa y relajarnos en la piscina con un horario amplio de cierre. La ubicación inmejorable.

Great location for enjoying the centre of Krakow. Not too far to walk from the station - 15 mins. A little difficult to find as the entrance on the main street is not that obvious. Room was not huge but well presented. No noise from the night life outside! Breakfast was fine - but for me a limited choice opf hot food as I like the full English (at least from the buffet - maybe more options on the a la carte)

Wonderful hotel - great staff and large room. Large balcony too. Perfect location to explore Old Town and all the city has to offer. I also had a massage at their spa. Great massage and well priced. Stay here!
