我输入了错误的入住日期，之后我尝试致电酒店重新安排，但电话一直很忙。除了通过 Traveloka 提出请求外，我没有其他办法，但他们只是个中间代理。我对你们酒店服务中心感到非常遗憾。

There are many restaurants nearby. There is even one restaurant below the hotel room, and this is where the bad things happen. My room is exactly above the restaurant, and there was satay smoke in the room. This is a really good hotel for travelers, but make sure you don't take the room above the restaurant.

Quick check in. Refundable deposit rm50. Free public parking. A lot eateries and shops around the area. Room cleanliness is okay. Soundproof is weak. Air conditioner can set the lowest to 21 degrees Celsius and it’s horrible. I didn’t sleep well that night, too HOT. Bathroom is okay. Will I come back again? No, UNLESS I have serious matters to do around that area.

Good for short vacation/stayed. Clean and comfort. Surround with many Restaurant. No worried about hungry.

Hotel was OK, good environment. Just I get 2 bedded room instead of 1 large bed as per booking and paid earlier. Its OK and hope after this customer will get the room exactly what he/she paid as ordered. I didn't take a photo to share.

Worth it staying, I like water dispenser located on each floor although hotel do provide bottled water in the room, it ' s really considered for guests to refill.

Photos says it all. The rest are all OK. But room was not clean up the next day. 1 was there for 2 nights. Bed air con all are comfortable.

我对这个酒店非常满意。大堂很漂亮，没想到这么便宜的价格能住到这么漂亮的酒店！他的员工给我留下了最深刻的印象。非常好的 PR！非常热情，就像进入一家五星级酒店！房间虽然不大，但是很干净，很舒适。有熨斗、电梯和免费停车场！酒店旁边有一家 Mamak 商店。该地区附近有许多餐馆和洗衣店。这个区域旁边就有 Lotus。对我来说这是一家五星级酒店！

Overall is OK. Just extra charge for late check out. The front man not tell about after 2.30pm the charge will be rm20/hour. So I check out at 3pm. Then I get charge for RM40.

Hotel cantik. Untuk budget hotel yang sangat sesuai. Bilik agak kecik. Tapi best.

Saya minta untuk kemaskan bilik dan staf hotel take note on that.tp sampai ke petang tak kemas bilik. Dinding bilik air harus dilap kerana terdapat kesan najis tahi cicak. Lubang tandas mesti dicuci.
