服務差、住房又不合乎原訂房型

入住了一間尾號04的兩張單人床房，空間相對雙人床房略為狹小，我們前兩日住了尾號05的雙人床房，衣櫥和洗手台空間大了許多，使用起來也比較方便，大家可以留意

地點方便，服務人員都很親切，床也很好睡，尤其窗邊的躺椅很舒服讓人放鬆，是間讓人還再次入住的酒店！

The hotel is conveniently located in city center and shopping center. The staff are nice and welcome us with great warmth. The hotel design is cool and the bed is comfortable.

Great hotel with great service!! We are 4 people family stay in a 2 top floor suites with balcony. There are great rooms both with great view. And there is very special sweet thing that International phone call are all FREE for this suite. Every staff are very elegant just like hotel itself . It’s our best experience in Barcelona!!

Gorgeous property. Staff were amazing and so helpful

Room was actually dark with no natural light as it was on the lowest floor possible facing a building which felt like it was adjoining the hotel building.

Staff was very courteous and rooms were very clean but small. We had an extremely warm welcome and were given complementary breakfast for our entire stay as we reached the hotel a day later.

깨끗하고 직원들도 훌륭했어요. 세련된 건물과 객실. 다음에도 묵고싶은 호텔이에요. 루프탑에서의 시간도 참 좋았네요.

Clean room friendly staff

This hotel needs renovation. The lobby looks good, but my suite was very outdated, making the $1000 per night rate hard to justify. Despite informing staff of our wedding anniversary, they didn’t offer congratulations. When we requested a taxi to the airport, a black van arrived. Curious about the fare, we asked at the front desk, which claimed it was the same as a regular yellow taxi, but it turned out to be much pricier. I can't recommend this hotel.
