Comfortable rooms

Room was clean, had to get key card reset every day. Parking was limited, hard to get around in the parking without hitting another vehicle. Breakfasvt was sub par. Dried out sausages, powdered eggs and sausages for breakfast.

Room was clean, location was great. coffee station was not stocked but they offered a continental breakfast which had coffee supply. The desk clerk could probably be a little more friendly and helpful. We were passing through and were in a bind due to bad weather. Overall, it was nice, safe and comfrtable.

Staff was super courteous!

The room was fine, but very dated. The TV was a pain to turn on having to use two different remotes every time. Food was really not good in the morning. Cold and stale is how I would describe most things. The scrambled eggs were rubbery and the sausages were day old for sure. I don't think I would stay here again if I had the choice. The best feature was having Mr. Mike's Steakhouse in the same parking lot.

Starting to show its age. That said the staff and the location are still the best in Slave Lake

Rooms were nice. Staff was friendly. Parking is a nightmare after 5pm. The cell service was one bar and the hotel wifi was there but very slow. I was unable to work. If you do not need internet during your stay, its a great place. If you need internet access, stay elsewhere.

Everything was great with the exception of the WiFi which was sporadic at best.

The room seem to be clean, but smelled really oily so did the bedding and the towels. The staff was really nice.
