Gorgeous property have stayed here twice already:) super close to the national park. most staff is v helpful and professional. Yummy food. Perfect views. Love the pool. It’s in the woods so expect some insects but totally understandable.

带父母入住，管家李枚入住前一天就提前沟通，热心帮忙规划游玩线路和预定晚餐。当天按照预定路线到达杨家界门票站外，司机大哥已经取好托运的行李等着，顺利入住好享受房型升级至荷塘的福利。荷塘的燕子、熊阿姨和吕阿姨厨艺棒棒哒，吃到了刚出锅的红薯粑粑，特别赞。特别感谢客房清洁的阿姨，退房时将随时小包落在房间，上车都没有发现，幸亏阿姨及时送还，完璧归赵，32个赞！

I’m extremely satisfied with my stay at No. 5 Valley Lodge. The place is super quiet and located very close to the park entrance (only about 5 minutes away). If you’re looking for a peaceful spot away from the noise, this is the perfect place. The meals were delicious, the pool was comfortably heated, and the views were absolutely incredible. A special thank you to Rain, who was extremely helpful and guided us through every step of our stay — from picking us up at the airport, taking us to the park each day, and driving us to the train station — always perfectly on time. Big thanks to the whole team! 🙏

Had a great 2 night stay while visiting the park in ZJJ. Such a peaceful and beautiful area, clean room, and great food. Rain was a big help by routing us through the park to avoid the crowds.

The guys on reception were so helpful and friendly and spoke very good English. Free drop off to park entrance, 5 mins away and would pick us up as arranged on WeChat. Lovely and peaceful place to stay, extremely comfortable rooms, bed etc and shower had great pressure…..a real favourite in a hotel for us.

From check-in to check-out, the service was nothing short of exceptional. Frankie went above and beyond to make our stay both phenomenal and effortless. Thanks to his help, arranging transportation and securing tickets for attractions was completely stress-free—I didn’t have to worry about a thing.The room and lodge were absolutely stunning and truly one of a kind. The ambiance and cozy atmosphere were unlike anywhere I’ve ever stayed. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, and after a day full of walking and exploring, relaxing in the infinity pool after a great meal felt surreal.The entire staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and I can’t thank Frankie enough for making our experience genuinely unforgettable!

Unreal stay — a hidden gem in Zhangjiajie! We had an amazing two-night stay at No.5 Valley Lodge, and Frankie and the team went above and beyond to look after us. They arranged our airport and train station transfers seamlessly, and the complimentary shuttle to the national park entrance was super convenient. Dinner each night was lovely — simple but tasty — and the lodge itself has an incredible ambience: peaceful, natural, and slightly rustic in the best way. Our room was absolutely sublime, spacious, and beautifully designed. The Wi-Fi was a little slow, but honestly, that only added to the charm — it’s the perfect place to disconnect and unwind. Frankie speaks excellent English, which made communication effortless. He even helped us plan our route through Zhangjiajie National Park and came to the rescue when we got lost! It’s not close to the city, but that’s part of what makes it so special — you’re surrounded by nature and tranquility. Highly recommend staying here before the area gets overrun by Western tourists. A truly unforgettable experience!

Wonderful stay for our honeymoon. Very conveniently located to the Zhangjiajie national park, delicious food, beautiful refreshing pool, great sound system and music taste and the kindest staff, especially Frankie and the tea master! We thoroughly recommend this stay.

We had a great stay at the hotel. They reallly make a effort so that all our needs are attended to. The room has a amazing view e the staff are very helpfull. The fact that can easily comunicate in english is also great. Frankie e the lady from the tea room (I’m so sorry I forgot her name) were really special. I highly recommend the hotel!!

Perfect place to stay if you want to visit Avatar Mountains and the national park. Service from the airport and to all attractions, whenever you want. Rain was very helpful and professional. Super unique stay in Zhang Jia Jie! 1000/10 recommend if you are visiting. Food was delicious, hospitality was amazing, Frankie was really helpful and kind. The rooms and atmosphere is very relaxing and zen, there’s a beautiful infinity pool and another pool. Lots of activities and a tea master at the hotel was one of a kind !

I recently just went on a big China trip and visited the beautiful Zhangjiajie region. Staying at No. 5 Valley was an incredible experience. The host Frankie was super helpful and hospitable. The property is in a very scenic, remote area. Around 1 hour from Zhangjiajie Train Station. The food options were vast and very accommodative and the resort. Had several activities going on throughout the day. Arts and crafts, tea ceremonies and much more. I really enjoyed my stay and I'm looking forward to coming back. This is an excellent place to stay and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a great place to stay in Zhangjiajie. Accessibility to the Zhangjiajie park is about 10 mins away and about 1 hour from the Tianmenshan park. The hotel provides transportation for anywhere you need to go in Zhangjiajie. Highly recommend for anyone looking to have an amazing experience at a beautiful stay in Zhangjiajie

It was a very memorable stay for our family here. The view was exceptional. The best part about our stay is having Frankie coordinate everything for us from pick up at train station, dinning, tickets to Zhangjaijei National park to the ins and outs of the area. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The staff were very accommodating. I would love to stay here again next time I visit.

This is a fantastic secluded hotel, with amazing friendly service, it was. 1 hr ride from the airport but less than200rmb in a taxi, well worth the effort as the location is stunning and the service first class

The place is amazing! So beautiful and the staff is great! The food is farm to table , the food is really good. You can bake your own cookies and we had the best tea experience I have gone to tea houses in Japan and this lady , her tea which she makes herself is one of the best teas I ever tried. And I love tea. I will definitely vibe back if I have the opportunity. Spectacular views of the mountains and sunsets . Also you can walk around . I definitely recommended .
