Highlighted and provided the feedback to the hotel. I booked an extra night but arrived the following morning and the hotel still charged me for the night even though there were issues with the room when I arrived. In addition there were issues with their courtesy “upgrade” scheme.

Outstanding hotel in every aspect of guest hospitality and care. Everyone went above and beyond in their roles to make my family's stay comfortable. This will be staying at this hotel everytime we are in bangalore. Shout out to Abhijeet, Nachiket and Prasenjith. They went above and beyond due to small error on their end.

Service in the restaurants very underwhelming. Slow to serve, and very long waits for food. Buffet rotation was poor too. Beds were very comfortable though. Unlikely to stay here again, the Marriott Whitfield is a better option.

A very comfortable hotel with excellent service. Everyone I interacted with was nice. Good food and drink options within the hotel for those late night cravings.
