Muy buen lugar

La habitación estaba limpia. Cómoda la cama. El baño estaba bien. Poca agua caliente en la ducha. El dispenser de agua común no tenía suficiente agua. No había hervidor eléctrico en mi cuarto y no pude conseguir agua caliente en la mañana para hacerme un té. Había un perrito en una casa de la PB que me ladró muy mal. Casi me muerde. Me asustó mucho. Siempre estaba pendiente de que el perro no esté afuera cuando necesitaba agua o calentar algo en el micro ondas. Y cuando lograba acercarme al dispenser estaba vacío. Me compré agua afuera, obvio... Pero me pareció feo. Todo lo demás, bien.

El hotel está muy cerca del centro de Coyoacán y de todas sus amenidades.

Hola, gracias por la excelente estadía, por todas las facilidades e información, el lugar está en un lugar muy bien ubicado dentro de la zona turística de Coyoacán, todo tranquilo y muy cómodo, totalmente recomendable. Solo tuvimos duda si la cocina se podía utilizar.

Zona tranquila, personal amable y servicial, sin embargo el aspecto del cuarto era muy distinto al de las fotos que señala la página.

Las toallas manchadas. Un día el botellón de agua vacío.

Our stay at Calle Berlin was extremely disappointing. We only stayed for one night, and when we arrived late, the staff was friendly and accommodating, but when we got to our room, we were shocked. The room was nothing like the pictures; it was supposed to be one room with 2 double beds. Instead, we got 2 separate rooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin bunk beds, and the bathroom in a 3rd room. We found DIRTY UNDERWEAR and DISHES on the top of the cabinet, the sheets had holes in them, the comforter was dusty and covered in hair, and the towels were crunchy and stained. To make matters worse, the staff member who checked us in tried to hit on my friend, who is probably 10 years younger than him, and as 4 girls traveling solo, we felt very uncomfortable. Please be aware that this hotel is nothing like how it is pictured online.

Excelente hospedaje, acogedor y ameno.

Location great. Kind staff. Quiet neighborhood. My bed was a bit hard, is prob my only discontent. Other than that, it was diff from my usual hotel stays. Theres no AC. Wifi kept going out. Glad I speak Spanish, so I was ok watching their regular tv channels. Oh, check in is 4pm, not 3pm.

La habitación era super pequeña, la cama muy incomoda, solo me dejaron 1 rollo de papel, para bañarme tenía que subir hasta la azotea, no me dejaron bote de basura, la televisión no servía, no me pusieron más que una cobija ligera, había insectos en la habitación, demasiadas arañas, tenían una red de decoración con plantas artificiales a lado de la cama para cubrir cosas que tenían guardadas ahí, esa misma red se me cayo encima durmiendo,no salí agua caliente, estuvo pesimo

El lugar es muy bonito, el personal y la gente que te atiende es muy amable. Las habitaciones son amplias y todo está muy bien cuidado. El único inconveniente es que las camas y las almohadas son muy duras.

Le propriétaire n’a pas su manipuler le terminal de paiement et nous a débité trois fois le montant de trois nuitées avec différents terminaux. Depuis deux semaines nous essayons d’avoir un remboursement, sans successuccès

Me gustó mucho el lugar La ubicación es excelente! Mi habitación era amplia con balcón, excelente confort! Personal muy amable!!!

The staff was helpful . Location is Preety good . Just not the most comfortable beds . Not the greatest but for the price and location it's ok that's why I gave 4 stars

La recepción de la señora fue muy desagradable. La habitación tenía un aspecto sucio y no era como en las fotos.
