Location was great. Clean and well managed. We did not have any issues. Only recommendation would be to improve the washer/dryer. It was not really effective because it took many hours to dry.

Getting the keys was easy. Owner was helpful. The apartment itself is a short walk to harbor. Amilanborg castle is 30 meters. Changing of the guards were at noon daily. Kids enjoyed walking to the pier to swim. There were a few food trucks on the pier but if you walk across the bridge there is an outdoor market with several casual choices for lunch and dinner. Hop on Hop off bus and boat stop a few block walk.

I stayed here with 2 others for about a week. It was really conveniently situated, about a 10 minute walk to Kongens Nytorv station, and the Nyhaven area. The apartment was very spacious, and quiet at night given it was in a secure complex. There were about 8 steps up to the apartment, but this was relatively easy to navigate. Fridge, freezer and washing machine/dryer were near new and worked well. There was a small grocery store nearby, and larger ones (aldi) about a 10 minute walk away. Overall it was very enjoyable to stay here for the week and convenient to most activities in Copenhagen.

Dårlig tjek-ind. Fik først info efter at have ringet og rykket. Begrænset rengøring betyder her - trusler om store bøder ved mangler. Det er måske lidt sent at komme med. Man kunne også godt have oplyst inden, hvad der lå i det. Lejemålet er lækkert - men udsigt til byen - det er der ikke. ikke engang en lille smule
