酒店只有十幾間房間，地面是餐廳酒吧，一樓和二樓是酒店房間(沒有電梯)。雖然這間店已經有百年歷史，但可能有翻新，內裡裝修很好。剛好提供了一間面積比較大嘅房間，但對著十字路口，清晨有點車聲，需要關窗睡覺，有風扇提供。早餐雖然沒有熱食，但仍算比較好味。職員很友善。從火車站去酒店，可以乘坐1號巴士，只需要三個站就到Bentor，落車後酒店就在對面。可以問職員取優惠券就可以免費乘坐巴士，不知道船或其他是否也有優惠。

Es un hotel bastante cómodo y agradable, sólo hay que tomar en cuenta que no cuenta con ascensor y si llevas equipaje pesado, puede ser un poco complicado, de igual manera me hospedé en verano y hace bastante calor, aunque tiene ventilador de techo y otro de pedestal, pues es un poco incómodo, pero Tiene buen precio y está con la atención del personal que siempre están dispuestos a ayudarte.

Eine sehr positive Überraschung. Das Zimmer gemütlich und mit allem was es braucht! Ich habe herrlich geschlafen und wurde richtig verwöhnt beim Frühstück, einfach top! Das Restaurant ist definitiv auch einen Besuch wert. Gerne wieder!

Parking, Check-In, einfach und unkompliziert! Sehr sauber, der Self-Service Kiosk ist super. Lage sehr zentral, deshalb auch nachts sehr lärmig. Ausdiesem Grund ist der Preis doch sehr hoch.

Absolutely stunning property, central location and wonderful staff. No AC which is common and not a big deal as the windows open and many fans are provided for each room. Would recommend this stay to anyone coming to Thun!

Die Klimaanlage fehlt! Zum Glück gab es einen Tisch Lüfter ( der leider sehr laut war) Gut gelegen,alles zu Fuss erreichbsr

We paid almost $300 for one night and were extremely disappointed. There was no elevator, forcing us to carry our luggage up a flight of stairs. The room itself was stifling, with no windows and no air conditioning. The noise from the street intersection was also incredibly loud and disruptive. For this price, basic amenities and a quiet room should be a given. This was an unacceptable experience, and we are requesting a refund or a credit.

Arrived a bit late, no reception, but found the way to get in. Nice room and noce breakfast. Close to city centre and the castle

A very pleasant stay and excellent service. We were initially concerned about the lack of private parking, but the nearby covered public parking is very close, and the hotel offers a discount for it. The absence of air conditioning was not an issue thanks to the use of fans and ventilators. The location near the city center and the beautiful view of the castle made our stay even more special.

We visited Switzerland in July as a family of 4, with two children ages 17 and 12. Parking- There is no parking on site, but a very close garage about 2 minutes walk away. You will need to roll your luggage up a small hill from the garage so be prepared for that. The hotel is very well located to the town, and getting around via foot from the hotel is very easy! Check-in- Upon reaching the hotel, there is a small flight of stairs you must go up to enter the front door. Right inside is a restaurant that is Tex-Mex themed (being from Texas, this was a cute surprise) where you will check in and get your key to your room. Our room was outfitted with a queen sized bed and two roller beds for the kids. The windows opened for a nice breeze to keep the room cool, and they even had a fan set up to keep the air flowing. The room itself was clean and comfortable. An amazing bonus was the complementary breakfast every morning! The restaurant had a table waiting for us every day, and the food was perfect for us to get our day started. It's not a full hot breakfast, but a nice mix of meats & cheese, pastries, cold items, fruits, and cereals. Extra- We visited Thun in the middle of our 18 day European Trip, and had heard that there was a great laundry service there right around the block from the hotel. We dropped off our dirty clothes and picked them up the next day folded and sorted. They were fast and it wasn't expensive at all!

Ich würde das Hotel immer wieder buchen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilft einem bei Fragen immer weiter. Das Frückstück ist sehr gut und man kann im angrenzenden Parkhaus sicher parken. Das Zimmer ist sehr schön und wir hatten sogar einen kleinen Balkon. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

The hotel is good and staff is nice but the window opens to the main street and due to lack of AC during summer it is just hard to sleep with window open. And, if you keep the window close there is no ventilation and you will feel suffocated.

Lovely place and location. The lady who greeted us was very welcoming and friendly, and we were able to check in a couple of hours early, just having to wait a short while as they got it ready for us. I recommend spending the tiny bit extra for the balcony - it was nice sitting out there on a warm evening

Janna and the staff were exceptionally warm and helpful. The room was large and comfortable and so close to the city center.

Like a sleepover at grandmother's house. No elevator. Lots of stairs. Slant roof on top so head-banging an issue.
