It was clean, but very basic. Barely any towels, staff didn’t seem to want to help; they didn’t seem to care. When you walk into the room and compare to the pictures online, it’s almost unrecognizable. It’s extremely small, amenities were not as described. The bathroom doorway was falling apart. Hotel didn’t seem prepared at all for guests - e.g. AC wasn’t on, barely any bedding, only sheets with no comforter. Blackout shades didn’t work. It was located near the train station and not far from the airport which was a plus.

Great location to the train station. AC and Shower worked well.

Close to train station. During summer month August I felt it was too hot in my room. I was dripping sweating. Outside is 32 degrees!

Room was lovely, looks recently revamped. My only criticism was the noise, could hear everything from reception and staircase, should have replaced room door in revamp. They also have a nice coutyard to the side but this has not been loved, get rid of dead plants and a tidy up would turn this into a little gem.

Habitacion limpia y comoda. Personal muy atento. Baño muy pequeño, no te podias ni sentar en el inodoro, muy mal diseñado el espacio. Relacion calidad precio muy caro.

Very decent property right in front of station, plus they also serve hot breakfast, and kept our luggage safe while we travelled to the leaning tower. Highly recommend Hotel Maria

This was a nice small hotel near the train station. This hotel had the best Air conditioning out of all the hotels lifted at nearly this is a huge plus given how hot the summer has been

Die Unterkunft liegt wirklich nah am Hauptbahnhof und ist somit für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Pisa bzw. für eine Durchreise gut geeignet. Wie viele Bewertungen allerdings bereits bemängelt haben, sind die Zimmer wirklich hellhörig. Der Hund der Besitzer des Hotels hat die erste Hälfte der Nacht durchgebellt, bevor in der zweiten Hälfte andere Gäste wohl ihr Gepäck zusammengeräumt haben und meine Nacht entsprechend kurz und mit schlechtem bis gar keinem Schlaf verbunden war. Schade für den Preis...

Das Bad ist winzig, man kann sich kaum drehen, hat keine Ablagefläche. Das Hotel wirbt sogar damit, dass man das Gepäck abstellen kann, wenn man zu früh anreist oder nach dem Checkout. Allerdings gibts dafür keinen extra Raum, kein Beleg etc. Es bleibt unbeaufsichtigt in der Lobby und man nimnt es sich einfach wenn man wieder da ist.

We had such a lovely stay here, very conveniently situated to explore Pisa or beyond as right near the train station. Staff very helpful & rooms very clean. Quite basic but all you need for a city break.

I really liked the hotel. The room was clean and everything was as described. The walls are very thin, so sometimes it was really loud especially in the evening/night.

A great, one night stay at Hotel Maria and the staff were great. I arrived off the train and the location of the hotel is incredible - right outside the station doors! I went over to drop my bags off so I could go and explore and the gentleman explained my room would be ready slightly earlier - a fantastic bonus. I was able to store my bags and went off exploring before checking in. Check in was quick and simple and everything was explained by the young man who helped me. The room was great - a single room/bed and the bathroom was huge - it was all perfect for a base to explore Pisa!
