預定寫前一天才會收到房間跟密碼，但卻沒收到mail，到達住宿地點後發現連不上網路，只好打電話詢問。 但英文不太好，對方說聽不懂我們在講什麼，叫我們寄email問，然後就掛電話。接著我又再打了一通，他直接拒接。又再打了第三次，一樣拒接。用另一位的手機打，一接通他發現是我們，直接說『聽不懂你們在說什麼』然後掛電話。 最後只好找隔壁也要入住的人求助，他說他也沒收到入住的mail，他理解我們的無助並且表示可以幫我們打電話問，才成功接通電話沒被掛斷。 非常糟糕的入住方式！ 如果沒有路人好心幫忙，當下沒網路無法翻譯無法傳mail，住宿方又不願意接電話，說好會提前一天寄的mail每個房客都表示沒收到，真的就露宿寒冷街頭了。

住宿前幾天就收到信指示checkin的步驟，房間整理的很乾淨舒適，落地窗的view太美了。唯一覺得需要改進的是房內的暖氣，覺得並沒有正常的運作，且聲音滿大的，除此之外無可挑剔

Easy to get to the cottage and the car can just park outside the cottage.

小木屋雖然沒有很大但設備齊全，電視能直接撥netflix，落地窗風景很好。但要注意入住信件會在垃圾信件匣裡，還有使用烤麵包機會跳電需要自行排除。

喜歡是獨立屋連廁所看極光同日出位置佳，不滿意就是有機會突然停電，發了e-mail及打電話也沒有即時回覆的

需要自己打電話去chk in，現場電話是壞的，接電話服務人員態度差勁還沒說完話就被掛電話了。房間很棒，裡面沒有吹風機記得自己帶。

性價比差，同一個價錢可以選擇black beach suites

一望無際的天空，可惜的是馬路近了一點。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。

Good remote location

一間很棒的小木屋！ 設備都很齊全 有小廚房可以使用 只是洗澡時 熱水會忽冷忽熱 晚上暖爐的聲音很大聲

They never sent me an access code to get into my room. The phone # provided to get help. just hung up on me when i called. There was another guest with the same nightmare. We lucked out because an employee just happened to show up and she had to look us up on her phone to give us codes. The cabin was stifling hot, and there wasn't any way to change the room temperature. I had to open the wibdow which made things very loud and windy. The television didn't work. The only plus was the bed was comfortable

It was clean remote quiet. Bed was tiny but it was alright

Amazing time, great staff, lady at restaurant save my life cause I had a tooth pain she immediately give me her medicine pills for pain, we also had a great conversation very friendly, thank you very much guys !!!!

Highly recommended….It has all kitchen amenities. Also, it has Bathroom Shower, toilet, and Wi-Fi. Welcome Holiday Homes location is near Skogafoss waterfalls and 45minutes to Dyrhólaey beach, Reynisfjara beach, Vik Red church and Yoda’s Cave.

We could see aurora from this place :)

No answer or email reply when trying to check in. Be prepared with a backup plan. After waiting for 3 hours, we had to find another hotel and drive back around 45 km. Look at the reviews. We should’ve listened to the other reviews.
