預定寫前一天才會收到房間跟密碼，但卻沒收到mail，到達住宿地點後發現連不上網路，只好打電話詢問。 但英文不太好，對方說聽不懂我們在講什麼，叫我們寄email問，然後就掛電話。接著我又再打了一通，他直接拒接。又再打了第三次，一樣拒接。用另一位的手機打，一接通他發現是我們，直接說『聽不懂你們在說什麼』然後掛電話。 最後只好找隔壁也要入住的人求助，他說他也沒收到入住的mail，他理解我們的無助並且表示可以幫我們打電話問，才成功接通電話沒被掛斷。 非常糟糕的入住方式！ 如果沒有路人好心幫忙，當下沒網路無法翻譯無法傳mail，住宿方又不願意接電話，說好會提前一天寄的mail每個房客都表示沒收到，真的就露宿寒冷街頭了。

住宿前幾天就收到信指示checkin的步驟，房間整理的很乾淨舒適，落地窗的view太美了。唯一覺得需要改進的是房內的暖氣，覺得並沒有正常的運作，且聲音滿大的，除此之外無可挑剔

Easy to get to the cottage and the car can just park outside the cottage.

小木屋雖然沒有很大但設備齊全，電視能直接撥netflix，落地窗風景很好。但要注意入住信件會在垃圾信件匣裡，還有使用烤麵包機會跳電需要自行排除。

喜歡是獨立屋連廁所看極光同日出位置佳，不滿意就是有機會突然停電，發了e-mail及打電話也沒有即時回覆的

需要自己打電話去chk in，現場電話是壞的，接電話服務人員態度差勁還沒說完話就被掛電話了。房間很棒，裡面沒有吹風機記得自己帶。

性價比差，同一個價錢可以選擇black beach suites

一望無際的天空，可惜的是馬路近了一點。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。

Nice great awesome fabulous good but I hope they can add a blow dryer. Everything will be perfect after that

Good remote location

一間很棒的小木屋！ 設備都很齊全 有小廚房可以使用 只是洗澡時 熱水會忽冷忽熱 晚上暖爐的聲音很大聲

The location is gorgeous & the unit works fine. The bedroom is tiny with not much space to walk around the bed. When we arrived the unit was incredibly hot because all the shades were left open and it is difficult to ventilate. It took a couple of hours with the door propped open to cool it down. It would be very helpful to keep the shades closed on the large window before people arrive. The wifi also didn't work when we arrived. We were lucky to have enough service to be able to message the "desk" and get it working. All in all, it served us fine for a couple of nights.

Fridge did not work during our entire stay on around 48 hours, furthermore the electricity stopped working during our last 4 hours of stay. We tried to call the company about these two things, but they did not pick up the phone. We also sent an e-mail to the company about these two things, but no reply.

We had a loud banging behind the wall in our shower. I tried calling and texting the number that was provided for assistance. No one ever responded to me. If there is a problem with your room you're screwed. No one to help and no one to talk tod.

War ok. Preis Leistung hat gepasst. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen und hätte sauberer sein können. Einfach eingerichtet aber alles was man braucht war da.

Everything is expensive in Iceland. When we arrived at the property we had not yet received the door code so we didn't know how to get in. The prop[erty is very remote and we had trouble getting any WiFi to call the host or read email. I eventually got them by phone, at which point check-in was very simple. Definitely make sure you have the mail with the cabin number and access code before you arrive at the proiperty. Otherwise it was great. Comfortable, clean, nice bathroom and kitchen area. We really enjoyed the stay once we got in.

It was our second stay here 9 years later. The unit was as clean as the first time. Great place to stay close go the nature in Vik.

The property is right off the ring road, easy to access and short drive to many waterfalls and Vik. The hotsprings mountain pool is a 1 mile hike behind the location. Kitchen has microwave, Toaster and water kettle. Nice quiet place.

Beautiful setting, easy to access cabin and you can park right beside your cabin. Kitchenette with all cutlery/dishes. TV had reception first night but the the 2nd night. Tea towels and dishclothe would be nice to have. Heat didn't work, and heated towel rack not work...would have been nice to dry washed under garments. Otherwise comfy place.
