Nous avons séjourné au Bliss en famille du 23 au 27 et, malgré un cadre très agréable et un emplacement idéal, notre expérience a été globalement décevante. À notre arrivée, personne ne nous a indiqué que le petit déjeuner était payant, et encore moins qu’il coûtait 11 € par personne. Cette absence d’information est regrettable. De plus, la terrasse était envahie d’abeilles, ce qui rendait le petit-déjeuner très difficile à apprécier. Nous étions avec des personnes allergiques aux abeilles!!! Lorsque nous avons signalé le problème, il nous a simplement été répondu que c’était “la nature” et qu’ils ne pouvaient rien y faire. La salle de bain est également peu pratique, l’accès à la douche se fait en enjambant un muret particulièrement haut. Avec un enfant et une personne âgée dans notre groupe, cela nous a semblé peu sécurisé et pas du tout adapté.. C’est vraiment dommage, car le riad bénéficie d’un joli cadre et d’un excellent emplacement. En revanche, le manque de communication, certains équipements absents (FRIGO), les désagréments au petit-déjeuner, la piscine peu exploitable et les défauts d’aménagement de la salle de bain ont fortement terni notre séjour. Au vu du tarif pratiqué, nous nous attendions à une prestation de meilleure qualité. Nous repartons avec une impression mitigée et, malheureusement, sans envie d’y revenir.

Personnel present et serviable. Petit déjeuner très bien. Chambre très bien excepté humidité dans sdb. L'ensemble du Rias est plutôt très bien notamment l'espace terrasse. Petit bémol au niveau de la piscine c'est plus un bassin d'eau qu'une piscine ce qui est dommage.

Staff was extremely helpful and attentive very nice caring people that help with whatever you needed. The rooms are clean and air conditioned and the breakfast is very good. Enjoyed the pool and the spa

Very beautiful room and hotel, great location, breakfast was great and so was the rooftop. However we booked the Executive Suite based on the private patio, our room did not have a patio or balcony.

Todo espectacular!! Personal muy atento, desayunos increíbles, azotea inmejorable. Lo único a tener en cuenta es que la habitación más barata es demasiado pequeña y oscura. El WC está en la ducha y no es cómodo porque se moja.

Nydelig, ren og smukt indrettet Riad. Lækkert og hyggeligt terrasseområde med lille pool på taget. Rigtig god og venlig service. Fantastisk beliggenhed i pænt kvarter tæt på medianen og central gåafstand til alt. Taxa kan og må ikke køre helt ind til riaden. Men personalet sørger for at bestille taxa til nærliggende plads og der er personale der hjælper med at bringe kufferter. Vil også bo der næste gang.

The room didn’t seem very clean but it could also be the rustic style of the hotel. We didn’t stay very long so didn’t get to experience the rooftop, spa or breakfast. Location is in the central Medina but makes it hard to enter with luggage as cars can’t reach the riad

Rommet var superfint og det var aircondition og varmeovn på rommet. Frokosten var nydelig! Personalet helt fantastisk! Beliggenheten helt perfekt!

Gorgeous riad in a great location. Area around is really nice and and walkable to everything worth seeing in the city. Felt safe in and around the road as a solo female traveller. Staff were great, rooftop was gorgeous and room was clean and comfortable with a fab bathroom!

Hospitality was excellent, rooms are clean, Delicious breakfast, ( breakfast changed extra) they can include with room tariff, didn’t get time to enjoy the spa, Recommend, value for the money.

La chambre était simpa le seul bémol, pas bien chauffé, même avec le chauffage d’appoint chambre froide.
