Nice onsen area!

20mins walk to the karuizawa station, it only costs around 1000yen for a taxi ride. Dinner is a must try here, very delicious and decent traditional Japanese cuisine. Room size is okay, just the public bath is a bit too small.

很清潔，給住客很舒適的感覺。員工服務友善，地點方便。食物水準很好。但房間略為小了一點 （我們一家共三人入住）。

好傳統的溫泉♨️旅館，服務態度好好，溫泉比較細、交通唔方便，必須自駕遊才好選擇。周圍環境好美，冬季的雪景非常美

酒店位於商店街尾，購物非常方便，可步行至outlet，大約半小時至45分鐘。服務員非常有禮，英語溝通能力好，另有面膜和eye mask放在大堂，讓客人免費使用。建築物已有過百年歷史，每件家具極具歷史感。房間內有分體式冷暖氣設備，可自由調較，亦有空氣清新機。酒店內有溫泉，但男女都各只有一個池，而且較細。

非常传统的日式酒店，服务很好，住起来也很舒服，晚饭很好吃，而且出乎意料的不贵，地点就在商店街的顶头，但是去JR车站稍微有点不方便

服務員熱情友善好客！ 但距離輕井澤駅較遠，的士車程約需5-10分鐘才到。 大堂放了不少人偶擺設，膽小的住客，晚上可能要留意喔。

朝食は和洋食ビッフェでした！ どれも全て美味しくて幸せな朝食タイムでした！

This was simply the best and most lovely hotel stay in Japan ever and I have traveled there many times. The staff are so incredibly kind - it is overwhelming. The rooms are old-fashioned but quaint. The location is fantastic - at the end of the road so nice and quiet. The buffet breakfast was lovely - highly recommended. If you're using Google Maps to get there - take a cab from the train station and don't bother with the bus. It's only 1300 yen and so worth it. Absolutely loved this place and will most definitely go back!

部屋も館内も歴史を感じる良さが素晴らしく、とても清潔で快適に過ごさせてもらいました。スタッフの方達も皆親切で優しく、朝食も最高でした。子供達もまた泊まりたいと喜んでいます。素敵な時間を過ごさせてもらいました、ありがとうございました。

Nothing special. Regular 3 star hotel. Breakfast fully booked, dinner fully booked that what we found out after making a room reservation. Small old rooms with tiny bathroom. Not cheap for what you get. Location is good.
