Was a pleasant stay. Unfortunately we checked in at 2am and checked out at 11am. Didn’t get to enjoy the amenities.

It was a good stay. The property was clean and staff helpful. Parking was rather difficult. While it is advertised as a 5 star hotel, it is more like a 4 star business hotel.

Horrible experience. It's a 2 star hotel

Worst hotel ever! It's not a five star. Lobby looks nice but rooms are dirty, damp and smelly. It does not look like the pictures. And the staff is unhelpful and incompetent. I regret staying here and would not recommend it.

Nice place. Beware of the billing errors. Will take forever to fix, I gave up and said no worries!

Decent place, but need some upgrading and refreshment. Room was good. Fitness center was not very good, no AC, some equipment not working. Bar and restaurant was decent. Overall service was good.

It was a disappointing stay from check-in experience, to room allocation, to in-room dining and the staff interaction - overall was quite disappointing . I guess there is a reason why the price is chepare than a Four points sheraton

Excellent room conditions. Very friendly staff. They helped arranged backwater tour and accommodated all of our requests regarding rooms and services.

Excellent place with excellent resources and service. Courteous staff, great pool and very good food.

I had to repeatedly ask for towels. The bathroom was out of shower gel. TV did not work, after multiple reminders, some one came and fixed it. Overall okay service.

There was some issues regarding the booking but they sorted it out without any problems. My guest was checked in on time and the stay was comfortable. Service was excellent
