Check in was fast. The bed had stains on the sheet and pillow. The towel hanging in the bathroom was also stained.

DeQueen is a very small town, and there are no 5 star properties there. The Western Plaza is a clean motel with friendly service. Restaurants nearby and daily housekeeping.

The motel looks like it is run-down, but the rooms are very clean, well appointed, and well stocked. The owners are very helpful. We had a couple of requests for extra supplies which were taken care of immediately. We wanted to change rooms and they gave us a different room with no questions and no hassle. Best thing about this was how clean it was and how responsive the owner/staff was. 2nd best thing was the mexican restaurant just 100 yards north of the hotel. Ask for the green salsa!

Aged facility with few amenities, but what you would expect for the town. It is clean and the staff is friendly

Friendly staff. Rooms are ok for a night crash

Average property, nothing special. The room was above average. What I didn't like was that there is no pool and there is no breakfast offered. Also, the hotel employe was not personable at all. No smile, no welcome, but not rude.

My husband had a accident in the bed and Had to pay $50 to get a top sheet and blanket to cover up with for the night

This is an older motel, with all rooms facing the parking lot. It was mostly empty when I arrived, but there were "big truck" sounds all night. However, it didn't disturb my sleep and the bed was quite comfortable.
