I didn’t know it was self check in and we were not allowed to leave our luggages before the check in time which is at 3pm, so we had to take our luggages back to the storage at the train station and paid 1400 yen and the storage closes at 5pm so we couldn’t go too far like to kinrin lake etc., else the storage will be closed. So we wasted alot of time. Then, during the check in time (all process was done via the ipad) we requested to enter a 6 digits code which they said have sent to my email, though never received one. So I had to call to call center (waited a while to get to talk to someone) to retrieve this code and then start the check in on the provided ipad. The total check in time was 30 mins which is crazy. Apart from this, the room is fine but the towels are smelly. Location is good.
