Fridge wasn’t working and had mold in it I was told the maintenance people did not work the weekends

Clean and nice beds, always a good place to stay while traveling.

Very clean but needs some updating. Staff was very friendly!

I gave the cleanliness a 4 star only because there was items under the bed. Empty water bottle and food. Great customer service at check in and out.

I loved everything about the hotel, however when I called for an early check in the lady was kind of rude, then when we were checking in it sounded like the same lady and she was still rude and didn’t even greet us when we came in or communicate with us and was talking to her co worker the whole time

Check says 2:00pm on the 3rd party site they're going to tell it's really at 3:00pm and my check in was delayed because my room was cleaned and ready yet and said it was going to be a 30 minute wait and it still wasn't ready and the woman that was at the desk end up leaving, it felt like she was just trying to pass the problem on to the next person, she was rude!!!! And then wouldn't even give me a late check out, I ask for the manager, she said there wasn't one until Monday, it wasn't professional at all.

I constantly got knocks at my door for noise that wasn’t me!! Every one around me was bumping and knocking on walls!! My next stay will definitely be on the top floor on the corner!! Also front desk let someone sign in with my check in sheet with my name on it!! I had to use the same room after the guy had been in it!!

Gave away the room we had booked and two of us slept in the car. Staff member Amy was rude and left without even giving us pillows and blankets to sleep on the floor and still charged us for the room we had booked

Short overnight stay for early flight. Employees were friendly and very helpful. The shuttle drivers were exceptional. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Will stay there again.

Overnight stay for late arrival at the airport. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful. Unfortunately the guests on the floor above sounded like kids running down the halls until after midnight. Not very restful. In the future i will probably ask for a room on the top floor.

The staff here was amazingly kind. They went out of their way, including setting up a free airport shuttle ride. The hotel was quiet, the breakfast was great and the parking was free and really close. Overall, we had a really terrific experience here.
