3rd time staying in this hotel; Overall a good experience, clean, quick check in and check out, small but nice room, coin laundry is also available, location is within walking distance to namdaemun market, myeongdong, seoul station, insadong etc

2Nd time staying in this hotel. Recommended, the room is clean, service is good.

No concierge assistance at basement lobby, No bed sheet change for stay more than 1 night although on-request, Additional penalties per hour applied for any late check out after 12 noon They have strict policy for Check in: you may check-in after 3 pm Pillow is not comfortable.

Our family book a total of 3 rooms for 7 nights. We can't fathom why the front desk at our check out is so prejudice againts us. Never smiling and always saying harsh words. She also won't let us check out because we used up the tape we borrowed ( which is already not much left to begin with). Well, no worries. there are so many hotels to choose from besides gracery seoul. Thanks to the rude sulky front desk, we will not stay again there.
