room 6 main door lock needs attention and inside shower handle also needs tightening. Room was cleand bed was comfy and bedding was fresh! a young lady from Aberystwyth (has 2 shifts) with short blonde hair, EXCELLENT with great customer relations skills. GIVE HER MORE SHIFTS

We are walkers on the Wales Coast path so our requirements are a good bed, good food and security. This pub/Hotel offers small double beds but firm and the cooking downstairs is good pub fayre. The bathrooms was clean and new. The service in the bar was a bit eccentric with two meals not matching what we ordered but everyone was cheerful and helpful. The pub was busy so it obviously has the approval of the locals.

Lovely 2 night stay in this nice Welsh town. Was Warmley greeted by the hotel staff and felt welcome straight away. Was checked in and in my room within 5 minutes. The room was a good size with a double bed , clean and modern bathroom and a large flat screen T.V.

Great pub with good food. Great service. Room however was very small and my door would open to all in event of a fire alarm as my room was part of a fire escape.

Great little spot for those wishing to do the “Mach Loop”. Great location with plenty of supermarkets nearby. The rooms were all clean and well presented and the pub is very friendly with plenty of food options for breakfast until late.

Great stop over for visiting Snowdon, Portmeirion and the surrounding areas. Staff were great. Stayed in the rooms across the road. Would definitely stay again.

Clean, warm room with comfortable beds. Slept like a baby.

We arrived after an 80 mile bike ride and were eager to get a shower and a good meal. The team were expecting us and had the key ready; check-in was very welcoming and efficient. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Despite the restaurant being very busy (Saturday 8pm) our meals came without delay and were hot, hearty and very tasty. Wouldnt think twice about staying again next time we're in the area.
