This property is in a great location, really quiet yet just walking distance from the lively ports of Venice. Plenty of dining options around. The only issue is that there is no elevators and we stayed on the 3rd floor (4th floor for Americans) so if you are going to stay here pack lightly!

Worst experience I’ve ever had with an online reservation. Be aware fellow travelers! This place requires you to travel far away to pick up a key! I didn’t find out until the day I arrived. I got a called from a rude lady screaming at me that I had to pick up a key who knows where. She claimed she sent an email with instructions, but I never received it. This is not how you run a business lady. This owner/manager put me and my family in danger by leaving us with no place to sleep. I had to find alternative accommodations instead of engaging in a wild goose chase for a key- this is Venice after all. Not easy to get around. By the way, the property description did not say anything about having to pick up a key in a different part of the city. I think it does now, but that’s because I reported this issue to Expedia. This property manager/owner committed fraud- she robbed me. Make sure this doesn’t happen to you. I’m still dealing with the credit card trying to get this charge refunded. At this point is not about the money; I just don’t want this scammer to get away with robbing people and putting their lives in danger. Hopefully my effort will save others a lot of grief and inconveniences. This place should be out of business.

Air conditioning wasn’t effective and therefore it was very hot. Not all windows have blinds / shutters therefore the light comes in early in the morning

This was an ok place to stay. We got an email from the owner about the apartment. The keys were located nearly 2 miles from the apartment, which added extra time to our travels. There were also threatening messages in the owners manual, which was a bit off-putting. The beds were mildly comfortable, but they sank in the middle. There was no coffee in the apartment, which was a bit surprising. But we liked the location, once we found it.

Ottima posizione in centro a Venezia, specialmente per chi come noi ha visitato la biennale. Palazzo storico bellissimo e camera eccellente su due livelli con doppio bagno. Ottima la gestione della camera con risoluzione rapida delle nostre richieste. Massima disponibilità per lo stoccaggio dei bagagli a mano. Penso che ritorneremo anche in futuro.
