In general, it is good enough for travellers. City view with nearby restaurants. Saw a few young staff while checking in. Look like a family-run business. The room is large with a comfortable bed. Breakfast is a set rather than a buffet.

I have reserved a room with private bathroom...It is supposed that it is an ensuite bathroom. Finally, it found that the toilet is in the room, but the bathroom is opened for public. It is a little shock. Luckily, the nice staff was willing to upgrade our room to REAL ensuite bathroom...

We LOOOOVEEED the heated floors in the bathroom!!! The hotel was at the shopping center, so it was convenient and we had an abundant selection of restaurants and stores to shop in. The room was clean and comfortable.

Nice stay at a simple, clean hotel with a cool theme. The room was a bit tight for two, but very quiet at night. Windows opened wide for fresh air which was nice.

Overall it was a small hotel room but for the price was overrated.

Shops nearby, train is walkable, staff is friendly

We asked for a room with twin beds, got a queen and a pull out, lumpy sofa bed with no quilt. Asked the desk for a quilt, they said just get one out of the closet…well there was no closet in the room. It was in the hall stuffed with stained quilts with the apparent clean duvets on the bottom shelf almost level with the floor. Ew!! Curtains were off track, toilets took 5 button pushes before it would flush. Sign on the shower said to place the mat close to the door so as the water would not enter the main room (like who cares if you fall on the slippery tile, just don’t get the carpet wet). Base if sink not on correctly. No area to place our toiletries in the bathroom.

A wonderful spacious suit, quite comfortable clean and bright

Good location. And room was decent size although sink in bathroom was the tiniest sink I’ve ever seen. Overall quiet but they do alllow dogs and this poor little dog was whining next to our room. You could hear anyone opening and closing doors. I would give this a 4/5 stars for location.

Great location and awesome breakfast

The hotel was great but we weren't used to such narrow parking spaces, so it took a while to park. We were able to walk to nearby restaurants and shopping.

I will never rate a hotel and especially their suites 4/5 stars if they have problems with their plumbing and it takes forever for water to drain in shower. Ok place, not worth the money.

Like the boutique hotels popular in New York now. Stylish, very clean, smallish rooms in a good location. Nice hotel for the price. Staff all very upbeat and nice.

Great location & breakfast was wonderful. We were hoping g to find a place with live music, but no luck on a Thursday night.

Located close to restaurants and shops. Great location for highland driving stop over. Adorable town. Great hotel. We stayed in a suite and had our own designated parking space. The suite was great for 4 people, comfortable and clean. Enjoyed the free snacks left for us! Overall, highly recommend.

Great place to stay for one night, very walkable area with easy access to pubs and shops. Comfy beds.

The apartments are high up a hill with great view of Loch Linnhe. The apt kitchen was well equipped and included a washer dryer. Excellent dining options are a short walk, as are interesting and useful stores. Fort William is central to many of the things the Highlands has to offer.
