Very small rooms

I really love mikan juice bar and staff are so friendly!

Overall, a great hotel. The room was clean and spacious. Loved the complimentary mandarin orange juice taps that were provided for guests. The hotel was also located in a good location which was near the onsens and convenience stores nearby. The shopping street was also a stone's throw away. Definitely value for money and will consider staying in this property again when I am back in the area.

This hotel has many nice features and is quite close to Dogo's onsens. Orange juice on tap is a nice feature. The provided yukata and bathing products were appreciated and of good quality. The guest room I stayed in had a nice layout and furnishings. The design, in principle, is good. It was a bit worn in areas, and definitely needs some maintenance and updating. Also, sunlight into the room is quite limited. Most of the staff were quite friendly and helpful. The check-in staff did not make eye contact with me while describing the hotel and room, which was quite off-putting.

入ってすぐにオレンジジュースの蛇口があり、飲み放題で暑い夏にはとても助かるサービスでした！ 近くの温泉に行こうとした時もバスタオルが6種類ぐらいの中から自分の好みのものを選べてとても配慮が効いていました！ 駐車場が止めにくくホテルマンの方にお任せしましたが、とても優しくてイケメンでした！

Great little place with all the OJ you can drink ;-) This little gem is really nice for couples and those with 2 young kids. The price, atmosphere, location, and service are all too notch. You’ll love it!

This hotel was in a great location if you want to go to Dogo Onsen and the surrounding shopping arcade. The local mikan juice (orange juice) on tap in the lobby was so fun and really yummy! The breakfast in the morning very delicious. The traditional Japanese breakfast was expansive in the dishes, the western style option was more of a continental European style than the american style breakfast we were expecting. We thought it was all delicious though. The only complaint would be the headboards are showing some age (peeling and fading) but other wise the room was a cozy japanese/western mix! The hotel also has Yukata (even in kid sizes), slippers and towels to borrow to use at the local onsens. The staff was kind and had some english speakers which helped out greatly!

The hotel was beautiful. Great location within walking distance to the 3 onsens, shopping and the town attractions. Hotel staff was very friendly and professional. I will go back again.

The hotel is good in all dimensions: location, pricing, room, staff to name but the few. I really appreciate and recommend this hotel.

Free orange juice was so good

The rooms in this new hotel are very distinctive. They are attractively designed with a tatami room and raised beds in a separate tatami room. Free mandarin orange juice on tap in the lobby. Elegant breakfast buffet for a reasonable fee. Close to the Dogo Onsen; the hotel provides free yukata (robes), towels and discounted tickets to the Dogo Onsen.

This place was clean, comfortable bed, convenient and staff was helpful However, I felt a little claustrophobic, because window was tiny and couldn't look out at all

Free orange juice in foyer a bit cool. Breakfast was the best I’ve had in a hotel - massive selection, highest quality (I targeted the Japanese style food so not sure I can comment about the western selection).

Great place to stay. Very impressed about the juice tap self service and free supper snack bar. Delicious breakfast with lots of choices and fresh ingredients. Friendly staff , professional manner. Clean and modern but in traditional element design. Great front desk staff, helping to carry heavy luggage without using the rollers, very impressed.

Everything was exceptional. They have a big installation of free tasting of three types of fresh-squeezed orange juice in the lobby. Breakfast is outstanding, mostly Japanese but some western options. Very reasonably priced and close to all the Onsen facilities—two to three block radius for Dogo Onsen and two others. Rooms are small but perfectly functional. (The double bedroom was just that essentially—a bed-room. Easy to get to from the ferry terminal—tram’s last stop is Dogo Onsen and the hotel is an easy walk. I can’t say enough about how helpful the staff was about everything.
