No TVs at all. Make your own very limited breakfast. Nowhere else to really eat breakfast nearby. No entertainment. Bored so went home early

Very warm welcome parking was a nightmare but food was excellent for price

The 13th century Inn was an amazing building to stay in. Full of character. One member of staff was very helpful and friendly, the other somewhat disinterested and uncommunicative. A comfortable stay at a very good price.

It was not made clear that the bathroom was shared. The bathroom is also accessible to all of the pub patrons. The food in the kitchen is uncovered or not properly covered and left all day without any monitoring. It is also easily accessible to non-patrons. There were dirty dished in the utensil container. There is no parking. It is a municipal lot down the steep hill and not on the property. The owner did not reply to any calls from Expedia regarding issues raised so no refund would be issued. There have been previous complaints regarding this misrepresentation.

quirky is how I describe it and very clean and comfortable very quirky building and a good stocked bar on premises, coffee and tea in the room but a kitchen you can use which is well stocked, the downside which is not a problem with our room (No6) no en suite and no T.V. but thats down to me not looking, the room was fresh and clean and the bed was good and we only used it to sleep in anyway, but its a great place and Simon the owner was a happy chappy we where in Cornwall visiting family so out all day and we had 2 good nights in this place

Great old quirky property .Room was large and clean . Shared bathrooms were very clean .Breakfast was brilliant ,help yourself and plenty of choice for a continental .

We really enjoyed our stay at the tree inn, it is a lovely quite place, and the room was clean and tidy, being an old building it had loads of character and charm, would highly recommend to anyone. 😊

Fabulous stay… so good we extended by an extra 3 nights!

We came across the Tree Inn by chance. We were lucky. It was a memorable stay. A wonderful British pub experience. The room was cosy and clean, the shower was fantastic. The kitchen was well equiped, self serve breakfast with a wide choice. The pub was warm and welcoming. I would highly recommend a stay at the Tree Inn.

Friendly hosts. We had to improvise on the food front as they were serving a limited offering, but walked 1 minute to the local shop and had an impromptu picnic in the beer garden

No hairdryer shared bathroom , breakfast facilities do it yourself building full of history but not much else , parking a bightmare , under the impression on site parking

Es un edificio histórico precioso, y Simon es una persona muy agradable y encantadora. Sin embargo tiene todo un aspecto bastante decadente que mejorarla muchísimo con un poco de orden y limpieza.

the property has a wealth of history on display ,it has plenty of querks which only add to its charm the guests have the run of the dinning ,cooking facilties and are not lorded over in rigsby fashon as in some establishments. The host is genuine and soical and is a pleasure to spend time with as are the staff ,on the whole a very pleasant and intresting stay .woulud i stay again ?without hesitation

What really stood out was how discusting and dirty this property was. There was mould and grime just about everywhere you looked.There is a separate kitchen area and cupboards were crammed with food left overs, mouldy bread and the sink plug was blocked with someone's left over cereal. A Health and Safety inspector would have shut the place down. We walked out and the drove the 3 hours back home.

What a great place to stay a wonderful hostes with a very warming welcome. Good rooms at realy old but very nice inn with lots of history. Will book again

Paid in advance, nowhere to park, no restaurant, had to bring my own food & cook it in the kitchen. No tv in room, shared bathroom.
