Although the hotel is not very large, the room spare is ok and quite clean. The staff are very polite and helpfull. There so many restaurant around and close to metro station. Free valet parking is also available.

2度目の利用でしたが　値段は安いくて部屋も広いホテルですが　部屋のスリッパが　ビーチサンダル　ハンドタオルとバスマットが同じ……には　ビックリです日本語ができるスタッフが１人安心です

Bed is soft and comfortable. No underlying plastic on the mattress. Breakfast was bit disappointing for the cost.

フロントスタッフはとても感じが良かったが、全体的に古く部屋のテレビやエアコンが壊れていた。バスルームとベッドルームが小上がりでセパレートになっていてバスルームに行くのに専用のスリッパが必要。広さは十分だが機能的とは言えない。

The rooms are clean and comfortable. While some staff were very friendly, others were not as much. While there are amenities such as a hot tub and pool, travelers should be aware that they will need to pay a daily fee per person for usage.

This property is immaculate, large and convenient to most types of transportation. The breakfast is okay for Westerners and great for Asian customers. This hotel advertises "English-speaking staff" but fails to mention those two persons staff members who can speak English in a conversation aren't on-duty throughout the day. This caused quite a bit of dismay on each day of my stay. Upon check-in, I was told of the roof-top pool and given a schedule of times it could be accessed. Surprisingly, I was then told it was 15,000 KRW for each session used. I advised her I was a travel-writer and showed her not only my printed-out copy of their hotel's amenities showing it as a listed included amenity vs their breakfast for a fee. Additionally, I brought-up their hotel's page on my phone which showed the same thing. I advised her a clarification needed to be made immediately to which she assured me it would be. Nothing changed for my entire 6-day stay. Due to this hotel's deceptive pricing issues and refusal to admit their mistake (intentional or not), I cannot recommend this property.
