Viaje con mi familia en Feb - 25 y la verdad que todo estuvo excelente, desde la llegada una atención magnífica, cómodo, bien ubicado y la comida muy rica. Por el precio y calidad yo le doy un 10/10.

During our stay we were constantly complained on for noise violations (even though there were no noise issues) The 3rd shift front desk clerk was EXTREMELY rude to us. He called and asked if we could keep it down. While of the phone the neighbors banged on or wall and then banged on our front door. As women in a room alone this made us feel very unsafe. Mind you we weren’t even talking when they were banging on the wall and door. We expressed to the front desk our concerns he stated to us “if we want to talk we should go by the pool. Our room is only for sleep” this is truly the only time I have had someone that is hotel staff say this to me. We were eventually able to move rooms. Once we were moved room we never received a single complaint. It definitely feel our feelings were not valid by the hotel.

Stayed for one night. Nothing to complain about. Everything was superb. Staff members were polite and helpful and room was very cozy. Beds were very good.

This is not a good location if you are planning to go to the beach. This hotel is designed for business travellers looking to stay near the port.

Está muy bien si vas de negocios. Está a pasos de las aduanas. Sin embargo ahora hacer turismo no está cerca de la zona centro ni ciudad amurallada. Tampoco de la playa como para ir caminando. Aún así el personal es super gentil y te hacen sentir a gusto en todo momento. El desayuno incluído es super variado y abundante. :) si me hospedaria en otro holiday inn

Es un hotel muy limpio, buen desayuno y el Gerente es una persona súper amable, tiene un gran carisma para relacionarse con los huéspedes y hacerlos sentir como en casa. A mis hijas les encanto el espacio en el restaurante para que ellas disfrutaran el desayuno.

The staff were absolutely beautiful. They were attentive and so pleasant. I traveled solo and they made me feel safe. The general manager greeted me. Natalie, Hancel and the entire staff were great

Everything was good. the only recommendations is to have a different breakfast menu we stayed for 8 days and it was the same thing every day
