Fairly new location. Nice modern and clean. Breakfast was great. Would stay here again as it is close to train station.

Très bel hôtel bien situé avec un excellent restaurant

Trés bel établissement et personnel au petit soin. Habitué depuis de nombreuses années à séjourner dans cet établissement, je note cependant un vieillissement de certains équipements tels que les douches (pommeau bouché ou quelques traces de moisissures) ou une baisse de niveau au niveau du petit déjeuner (variété). Ceci étant dit, cela reste d'un trés bon niveau et je recommende fortement.

Store rom med deilige senger. Kjemperent og rydig. Frokosten kunne verdt bedre, sammenlignet med andre Hilton og Scandic hoteller i samme prisklasser. Godt med parkeringsplasser rundt omkring hotellet med enkelt betaling gjennom Easypark.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. The room and bathroom were both of a good size. Very modern facilities. It is close enough to the train station to walk, but further from the hub of the centre of Bordeaux. However, there is a bus station right outside the hotel's doors and gets you to the centre easily.

Hébergement tout simplement parfait... L'accueil à été excellent. La chambre d'une propreté irréprochable. La salle de fitness est un vrai plusss... Le petit déjeuner est divin. Merci beaucoup pour votre accueil dans un contexte difficile... Week-end des incendies...

Coudnt get on WiFi. Bed looked small for a queen size. No coffee machine only kettle in the room and the only water filler was on the ground floor with an empty bottle in the room. When deciding to check out early due to the wildfire any refund or credit was refused at mgt discretion despite being a Hilton Honours member.

Le parking n’est pas disponible car il fallait le réserver en amont ( mais pas proposé par hôtel.com) et petit se termine tôt (10h) et assez décevant pour ce type d’établissement. L’hôtel ne dispose pas de room service

A truly great experience with a two-night stay at the hotel. A beautiful and spacious room with a lovely view. Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception. A large breakfast buffet with good coffee. We had burgers for dinner, which were also excellent. It was great to have a fridge in the room, and that you can buy drinks and snacks at reasonable prices from the reception. The hotel had made an effort to highlight that the Tour de France passed by the hotel, which made it enjoyable to watch right in front of the hotel. As an extra feature for guests during other events, it could be nice if something was arranged where guests could meet riders or others when the hotel hosts sponsor teams, etc. We will definitely return to the hotel another time.

The hotel was very comfortable. Staff we very friendly. I was disappointed at response when I wanted to cancel my room as it was no longer needed.
