The hotel is very clean and the rooms were great. My only major frustration was the fact that they don't have their sauna running and it apparently has been running for over a year. When you advertise something you should provide it. I can understand something getting fixed over a month but not years.

Very good place for stay in Shenzhen

If you are looking for a place to stay in Bao'an close to this hotel you should definitely consider this one.

Can’t fault it. Good internet, friendly helpful staff who arrange taxis for you, well appointed room with everything you need and massive breakfast options. Would stay again

I really appreciating the comfort and the room. Perfect services in the buffet restaurant. What I think they can improve is a la carte menu.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Courtyard Ba'on Shenzhen. I was there for business and as a new facility it was clean and comfortable. I would recommend and will stay there again on future visits to the area.

We had a great stay at this hotel although quite a bit far from town but they have excellent staffs giving 5 stars service.

Great hotel with very welcoming staff! The Restaurant on Level 2 is also incredibly good. Big kudos to the front office manager Leaf Huang for also upgrading our stay. Also a very convienient location if doing business in this district.

Was amazing. Very comfortable and the staffs were all very helpful n friendly. The most impt thing is that the wifi there were equipped with vpn and we could access whatsapp Facebook and Instagram there!
