The property was excellent (does have about 12 concrete steps up to it) and as described EXCEPT for the completely misleading location advertising. The property is NOT in the town advertised on Hotels.com. It is actually 15 minutes drive away from Grantown on Spey. Don’t be fooled by this. Otherwise the apartment itself was excellent.

I stayed here for a 2 day conference in Boat of Garten and was within a 5 minute walk of the venue. Great comms from the hosts and place was perfectly presented and very comfortable; you might want to place another comment book in there as the existing one is full although it was fun reading through people's thoughts and and suggestions and you have clearly followed up on these. If i'm back this way, it would be the first place i book. Thanks Again. Breakfast options were a nice touch, thankyou and although there is a wide selection of local whisky available in the honesty bar, I abstained (although it was difficult!)

What a find. Beautifully presented 1 bedroom flat with all the mod cons. Fantastic base for exploring the Cairngorm’s and surrounding area. For those with outdoors gear, there is even a shed to store belongings. Will definitely be back 👍

Booking and all admin was very easy and efficient, the apartment was spotless, comfy and well equipped full of lovely touches not least the whisky.
